“Lovely building with lots of shops and restaurants”
Reviewed February 2, 2014

The train station is a loevely building and is surrounded by various different restaurants and shops (the Segafreddo coffee shop in particular is really nice and reasonably priced). There is a supra tours and a little supermarket to help if you need to stock up on suppiles.

It is right next to the ibis centre gard at which i was staying so it was good to have close by. oh the shops remained open till late which was cool :)

“Train station”
Reviewed January 11, 2014

The train station of Marrakech comes as a pleasant surprise. The building is impressive compared to the rest of the old city. The platforms are nicely decorated with palm trees. There are few internationally known eateries for the travellers although facility for traveller seating is less.
The trains of Morocco itself are of very low standard even if you travel first class. The toilets are in wretched condition (first class! what would be the condition of the second class?!!)

“Dont trust the taxi drivers”
Reviewed January 6, 2014

We got ripped off well and truly with the taxi drivers, from here to our hotel they said 100 dd and when we were half way there he then said its 100 each and the trip was 10 mins, if we had known we would of tried to find it our selves, or a recommendation is to let your hotel pick you up.

“Cleanest part of Morocco”
Reviewed January 5, 2014

Clean station and helpful staff and no rubbish unlike the rest of the country. Also right near the Supratours bus depot to get out of this crazy city.

“Handy”
Reviewed December 27, 2013

Mcdonald's has lavazza espresso for an emergency and you have the post office as well there. Plenty of shops and a nice interior make this very convenient. Right next door to the supratours buses.
