Arrived late evening to a lovely welcome. Rooms lovely, clean and really authentic. Staff really friendly and helpful with lots of tips of where to go. Breakfast served to your table with a good variety. We had a traditional Tagine one evening which was lovely and very intimate. We also had a Hammam which was like a traditional Hammam but in a more intimate environment - no western style spa! Previous reviews have mentioned unpleasant smells but it wasn’t a problem. Really well placed for walking around.

The best thing about this Riad is the food. Sadly there is a pervading smell of cats/drains and after 3 days I felt sick coming back here.
On the other hand the food was excellent. We stayed one night in Richard Branson’s hotel in the Atlas Mountains, which was amazing but very expensive. The food there was nowhere near as good as at Riad Alladin. Eating here in the evenings means that you can go out into the hustle and bustle and just have a drink knowing that your have eaten top class food already.

We stayed in marrakech for five days and this riad provided us with a well located, comfortable base from which to explore the city. We arranged a transfer from the airport as we arrived relatively late which worked well although e-mails did sometimes take a while to be answered and the price quoted in euros was added to the bill at a rather less than generous exchange rate.

From the welcome to check out the staff were welcoming and helpful. The riad is clean, and the room was spacious and the Wi-if worked well for us.

All the central sites were within walking distance and there were a number of places to eat in the square just outside the front door. The pool was nice and clean and good for a dip to cool off but not quite hot enough for us to use in April.

The nature of the building means that internal noise tends to travel through the building but the riad is actually quite quiet with none of the street and traffic noise apparent. The breakfast is simple and although good quality does get a bit repetitive after a few days.

We had prepaid for the room but at check out the extras including city tax had to be paid in cash despite a card machine clearly visible on the desk. On the whole Morocco is still a cash based society but if this is the policy it needs to be made clear so you can plan what cash you need when you check out.

Overall, I would say this is a good rather than great, you will have a clean comfortable base to explore the city.

Aladdine is a very cosy and typical Marrocean Riad with nice but small rooms .
If you can, choose a room at the second floor. This rooms are bright and near to the beautiful roof garden.
The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast all times delicious.
Overall it is a real valuable Riad at Marakesch

a great location, wonderful staff. breakfast was very good. There is a unique bar across the plaza that had a performer form Detroit singing R&B
We would go back in a blink. A short walk to anywhere. Although at first arrival it looks like its in a little bit of a rough area, it's not. Felt very safe at all times.

Room tip: one of the higher floors are quiet
