We were two couples staying for 7 days, we were half board, every day we had to go down to reception to complain that there was no water in our rooms. They tried to say that it was a problem in the area but that was not true as we went down to the toilets in the basement and you had running water there. we told them this and they did not answerer. When you went down to complain they would turn it on for 1 hour then it would go off again. The food was very bad also if they did not have the number of people staying you had to eat what they brought poor quality, small portions.
I must say that the hotel room was very nice and clean.
We have been to Marrakech 5 times and this was the worst hotel we have stayed in.
