“A GOOD CHOICE TO DINNER VERY CHEAP”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 19, 2013

There are a lot of places in Djemaa El Fnaa to dinner very cheap but we have tried some of them and with no doubt we prefer this. In other restaurants of the square the food is cheap but limited and at Chez Aicha we had dinner cheap, delicious and abundant. After dinner we have no hungry. Besides the waiters are more helpful and kind than in other places. Finally, this place is in one of the corners of the square so it is not in the center of all the noise of the rest of restaurants.

“Best kofta's in the square!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 16, 2013

The food stalls in Djema el Fna are a must, having said that the food is not as amazing as you would expect...until you come to Aicha. The koftas and tajines are amazing!! The service is great too.

“Enjoying the atmosphere”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 10, 2013

If you eat at the Grande Place, you eat more or less the local fast food, which is safe, interesting to look at and mostly tasty. You may like the special atmosphere with the traders and musicians around. In many of the small restaurants in the medina you get the same food at the same price or at even less.

“might be big, but not on the flavour...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 14, 2013

We ate at several food stalls on Jamaa el Fna during our stay in Marrakech and this was the worst.
Don't get me wrong, no incidents or anything, but it just didn't do the trick for us. All of the "marketing" must have lured us in, but we weren't charmed.
The food was either too cold or too bland. And calling Moroccan food bland is offensive, I don't know how did they manage to achieve that.... The pickles tasted off, too.
The prices were higher than at the other stalls therefore this wasn't a good value for money at all.
We would recommend you eat at stall number 14, serving amazing fish and calamari!!!

“Good street food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 18, 2013

Had the mixed grill and meringuez. Food was tasty, well cooked and fresh. Prices reasonable and the food was better than some we have had in restaurants twice as expensive. Worth a try.
