Description: Our new restaurant, “Les Trois Saveurs”, which offers a choice of French, inventive Moroccan or Asian-inspired dishes. Our head chef, Didier Levy, was previously in charge of the kitchen at “Le Pavillon”, considered for many years the best French restaurant in Marrakech. Didier has a passion for seafood, which is bought fresh to the hotel from the coastal towns of Oualidia and Essaouira. The handmade teardrop-shaped lanterns at “Les Trois Saveurs” were specially designed for La Maison Arabe by Yahya Rouach; his workshop is producing the most refined metalwork in Morocco today.

“Relaxing Jazz Bar in the Medina”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 13, 2013

Lovely hotel/restaurant/bar in the Medina. Having spent three days in Marrakech, we discovered this restaurant thanks to the recommendation of our Riad Host. We were looking for authentic Moroccan food and some where that served alcohol and had some atmosphere. This is exactly what we got. We didn't have a reservation, and learnt quickly that is essential in high season as this is a popular spot. We were offered the option to have dinner in the Jazz Bar which we accepted and had a lovely night, with cocktails, local wines, Lamb/Orange & Chicken/Lemon/Olive tagines followed by complimentary traditional morocan biscuits. Great night and fab location, with a short stroll home to our Riad in the Medina.

Very helpful and accommodating to a vegetarian. The restaurant is a a bit pricey, but worth it because you know the kitchen is super clean :)

The food is delicious overall!

“Absolutely delicious”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 8, 2013

We had a fantastic meal here whilst staying at the Riad Noir d'Ivoire. A table was booked for us and we were lucky to be seated next to the pool in the courtyard.
The waiters were smiling, polite and appropriately attentive, the wine was lovely and the food was delicious. I had a Lamb tagine with orange and it was just fabulous. Scalding hot, perfectly cooked and more than enough. My other half had the Lamb shanks with a tomato and apricot confit which was equally lovely. We shared a Lebenese Mezze to start and tried to have dessert although the Chocolate Gourmand and Lemon Tart nearly defeated us!
Someone there was having a birthday and they dimmed all the lights and sang happy birthday in French and English to the lady whilst bringing out a cake. It was a lovely atmosphere and a beautiful setting. I thoroughly recommend it.

“Should have booked”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 31, 2013

We were told that we would not need to make a reservation but when we arrived it was to find that they were fully booked. The young lady on the desk was most apologetic and then suggested that if we would like to eat in the Jazz (piano) Bar we would be served from the restaurant menu. It was such a good idea and turned into a wonderful evening with great food, fine music and bar staff who were truly exceptional. A very different experience from dining in the restaurant but truly enjoyable. If you arrive to find the restaurant fully booked and are offered the chance to dine in the Jazz Bar - say "yes please" - you will not regret it.

“Great food.. amazing cocktails”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 29, 2013 via mobile

This restaurant has experience in the hospitality industry and you can sense this as soon as you walk in. Chilled out bar with great drink. All the waiters had genuine charm and warmth. We had delicious traditional morrocan dishes. Mildly spiced but strong in flavour. If you want a treat dress up and come here!
