The cooking class at La Maison Arabe was fun, informative and delicious! With half a dozen other travelers and fellow foodies, I learned how to prepare Moroccan mint tea and bread, visited a communal oven and a spice vendor, tasted soups and juices, and made a chicken tagine and two salads, which we then feasted on, along with a dessert the hotel provided. I liked the food so much that I went back the last afternoon of my stay to have lunch at La Maison Arabe!
