Our hotel said this restaurant was well worth a visit and we were certainly not disappointed !
From the moment we arrived and our taxi door was opened by the greeter the service could not have been better.
We were escorted into the front courtyard garden which is absolutely delightful, it was furnished with traditional Moroccan furnishings and very comfortable sofa's all lit by candles and lamps, a very romantic atmosphere, tasty appetisers brought up free of charge to have with your drinks which were served quickly.
There was some very cool jazz playing in the background which really adds to the atmosphere and to be honest we could have just sat there all evening enjoying the ambience.
We moved through to the restaurant passing gorgeous internal rooms which are beautifully decorated and furnished but when you get to the restaurant it is really special with most tables next to the pool, romantic lighting, nice planting and furnishing.
The waiters were mostly very attentive and the food was of a high standard and was reasonably priced, my only minor criticism would be to have more candlesticks on the tables as it is difficult to see your food and it did look good !
Thank you Villa Amira for the heads up, well worth a visit if you are in the area !
