“Recommended To Us and Did Not Disappoint....”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 19, 2014 via mobile

The owner of our riad, Riad Vanilla'Sma, recommended this restaurant to us, and we found it to be a great recommendation!

It was very busy, but we arrived just in time to bag the last table, my girlfriend was a bit disappointed that we weren't sitting on the big sofa type seats, but food and service more than made up for it.

Order the Tanjia de Bouef, it's epic.

“Good food at European prices”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 19, 2014

The food here is OK. Steaks, Pasta and a Morrocan menu
Morrocan Merlot from Meknes is passable at 160MAD
Rated as average based on premise that food is above Morrocan average.
European beers are around 90MAD with local Casablanca at 550MAD which was a good beer.
Ate here for Dinner and also used roof terrance for a beer one lunchtime.
Just off the Souk in a busy street.

“Beats Kosy Bar for service and prices- classy, not cheap.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2014 via mobile

Love this place, fantastic staff and service. Italian chef. Good pasta and soup, but remember that anywhere with a drink licence will be a little expensive. Bottle of good wine around 150 mad. Worth it for the comfort, service, and incredible service. There last night and wish I was there tonight.Djellaba Lady xx{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252

“Lovely terrace”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2014

We went to Cafe Arabe on a ffriend's recommendation. After fighting our way through the medina it was a lovely find on a warm sunny day. The terrace is worth the climb up 2 flights of stairs. The staff were helpful and efficient and happy for us to sit in the sunshine with just a coffee. The menu looked promising but sadly we didn't have time to return for food.I would definately return

“excellent food and service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2014

from behind the walls and being so close to the Souks- this is a brilliant place to stop and enjoy the sights and great food of this cafe. Prices are reasonable, service is good, the moroccan food is very good indeed- you can choose italian if you want- but the home grown food is excellent- particularly the soup.
