“Luxury and tranquility in the chaos of Marrakech!”
Reviewed November 29, 2013 via mobile

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I definitely recommend staying in a Riad over a hotel. I like waking up in a foreign country and knowing as soon as I open my eyes that I'm somewhere far away. Seeing the beautiful (an understatement) room we stayed in every morning was the perfect way to start each day. This Riad has been decorated and restored to an excellent standard. We stayed at the beginning of winter (still 24 degrees!) and loved sitting on the roof terrace in the sun. The manager Rashid was extremely helpful, taking us on a tour of Marrakech one day and to the Atlas Mountains the next day. We were really looked after. Breakfasts were good and were served in the cushion-filled corner of the terrace. Really cannot recommend it enough.

What a admirable mix of beauty, hospitality, comfort & ease.
Congratulations on a beautiful Riad and lovley staff.
Riad & Rooms: individual and inspirated by marrocan architecture. Combined with wonderful materials and textiles. TV, wonderful bed, big bathroom with shower, nice towels.
Location: directly, central at the sook. Taxi station next by feet.
Restaurants and shops in walking distance.
Staff: makes all your wishes come true, preparing breakfast & dinner acording to your choice.
They also organise trips and dinnerpartys for you.
Plus: you can rent the whole riad if you are planning a holiday break with a big familie or like we did, a trip with a group of friends.
A roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun, patio to take a afternoon tea and a small cooling pool/bath are in the patio.
Can recomend this place!!!!

Room Tip: Fatinat Suite is lovely:-) each of every other rooms are as wonderful, just little smaler. All roo...

The riad is beautifully decorated and the staff very attentionate. Breakfast is delicious. The shower in the room (we stayed in suite califa) does not have enough pressure though and it is not warm enough. The TV only broadcasts publicity. The oriental baths advertised in their website are not operational during the winter time as the water is cold and the tiny relaxation pool is outdoors, in the patio. In general we found the place very pleasant but somehow expensive (200 eur per night) for what you get in return compared to western standards.

  • Liked — Breakfast and staff friendliness
  • Disliked — shower water pressure
