We stayed for a week in June 2017 and had the 2 downstairs rooms, which were spacious enough. It takes some doing to climb into the shower as the The Riad is clean and well maintained, though we did a a problem with the air con. The management managed to get this sorted the next day. Actually the staff were very helpful with everything and could not be faulted.
Breakfast is continental and was sufficient. There is no tea or coffee facilities in the room though there was always someone available to make a brew.
The Riad is situated down a side alley which could be difficult to find. I recommend asking them to sort transport from the airport as the driver will show you the way there. The area is a little rundown and in a poor part of town which is a little intimidating on first sight. We honestly had no problem with anyone in the neighbourhood though the kids will all put their hands out for money.
The souks are a short walk away and there are plenty of cafes in the area.More
