“Fascinating building, interesting museum”
Reviewed October 15, 2013 via mobile

This building, with it's lovely rooftop terrace and cafe, is well worth a visit while you're touring Fes.

We loved the history and architecture of the building itself, as well as the interesting collection of wood from across the centuries.

“An elegant building in white and dark wood”
Reviewed October 1, 2013

This place was originally built as a comfortable, safe hostel for caravanserais, it later became a hostel for students of the nearby Medersa. It is a very harmonious building in white and rich, dark wood. It houses a museum of wooden artefacts which are interesting and varied. From the top you have a good view of Fes.
