Spacious rooms with very old furniture. We had a chair broken and asked to replace it, but never returned. The personnel. at the reception were rude, refused to give us a second room key.
The dining room smelled bad, the buffet was poor and platters ending not replaced.
Breakfast was very basic and not the best quality.
There is no relation with 5 star hotel
Common choice for groups. Personally don't recommend it

This hotel is just convenient for a couple of days stay. There is nothing exceptional or extraordinary that a guest could go "wow!!!". Some of the staff were rather impolite or, let's say, could not communicate properly. Definitely for travellers with less than average expectations.

Terrible reception personnel. I don’t know who trained this people. They have no idea how to treat people. Rude, short, would not even look up when you talk to them. We were on a tour and had no choice, but this hotel continues to get complaints about the rudeness of the staff and does nothing about it. This is why I am giving them a low rate.

We liked the Moroccan theme in the lobby area. The hallways in the floors were not very attractively decorated and made the hotel seem more dated. It had an unheated pool.
The room was good for a 3 star property. I was clean and very large
Breakfast was very basic and not the best quality. We were told not to drink the orange juice as it is cut with tap water. The milk looked very thin. The coffee was good if you take your cup out of the way when the water starts to flow.
No reading light at all. We left a note with the maid with her tip, about the broken light in the bathroom but it was not fixed.
The bed was comfortable and had two pillows.
Refrigerator.- Worked well to keep our sodas cold.
Wifi..- Free. It came and went.
TV- only news channels
Room for bags.- There was enough room for two large bags.
Bathroom.- Clean and nice towels, shampoo. Hand cream and soap. No hair conditioning.
Shower pressure.- Sufficient
Bedding.- Good but they need to move to no bedspreads and double sheets for the blanket for a more hygienic feel.
We would not recommend or stay here again. I take my money where they treat me with respect.

The hotel was really nice, we stayed there for 2 nights.
The room was very big and clean. So was the bathroom, it had separate toilet.
The buffet for breakfast and dinner was very rich and delicious.
The garden was really beautiful and quiet.
Our room was on the 1st floor, and had big french windows with the outside table in the garden.
We really enjoyed our stay there.

The best thing in this hotel is the SERVICE> everyone is very very nice and polite.
Special thanks to Rachid and Hindi at the Management Service. they helped me with some very annoying administrative needs in NY.
The Breakfast is also delicious!

Room Tip: The rooms on the upper floors are more updated. Do not except any moroccan mood in your room. the ro...

The hotel has beautiful furnishings in a typical Moroccan style. The en-suite rooms were large, clean with a balcony. Unfortunately the safe in our room did not work and so we had to use the office's set of safes. The staff were generally very helpful although english is not widely spoken. However, as stated in other reviews, some were in fact quite rude. The problem we encountered was the fact that we were independent travellers. The hotel seemed to cater only for large touring groups which meant the food, which was mediocre and boring anyway, was virtually the same EVERY meal! It would have been nice to have had a variety of different tastes over our week's stay and, by way of example, to have had more fresh fruit rather than the tinned variety which was a real shame considering the fresh fruit that was on sale so cheaply outside the hotel! However, the bonus of having different groups come and go meant that we had the pool to ourselves for most of the day which was wonderful and unbelivable in the height of summer. So we could choose wherever we wanted to sit and to change sunbeds at will. There is a small childrens pool and a large well maintained deep adult pool with large steps at the shallow end which made for good sunbathing!Towels were provided and there was a poolside bar for food and drinks. There was always evening entertainment, local music etc which went on for a long time into the night which was annoying when we were trying to sleep as it was loud.We were there as half board what would have been better was to have been B & B and to use the hotel as a convenient base to explore this beautiful and interesting part of Morocco.
