Robert kindly cooked a delicious supper for us. Robert's cooking is western with influences of Morocco. To start with, we had roasted nuts, olives, roasted peppers, roasted aubergine with yoghurt. The best dish were the fennel fritters, coated in polenta and parmesan. They were absolutely delicious. The main course was roasted sea bass beautifully served in a tied bag and potatoes in a tomato sauce. For pudding was chocolate mousse and goat's cheese.
Robert is a delightful host, who makes sure that you are well looked after.
We had supper in the Ruined Garden, which is a peaceful and beautiful location that Robert has carefully planted. There was even a banana tree with a hand of bananas!More
