Description: At Eden you are introduced to the diversity of Moroccan cuisine through types of dishes found in Moroccan homes, revitalised with a twist of creativity and sophistication and brought to your table by our acclaimed chefs. In addition to our selection of exquisite Moroccan Signature dishes on the à la carte menu, Eden’s new concept ‘Market Moroccan’ is a weekly changing three-course bistro menu that provides fresh innovative healthy dishes reflecting the abundance of seasonal produce that is on our doorstep. Each week, our chefs create a three course menu using fresh, seasonal produce from the market just around the corner from our Palais, farmed just outside of Fez and marry traditional recipes with contemporary methods and presentation. Dine in our hidden paradise under the majestic citrus trees for an unforgettable culinary adventure. We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner everyday to residents and non-residents alike. Reservations are highly recommended!

Every meal was special at the Palais Amani. We had breakfasts, lunch and dinners at the Palais and thoroughly enjoyed them all. The food was delicious and even with a serious food allergy it was easy to communicate and feel safe. The breakfasts were varied and accommodated any special requests. The food was fresh and the dinners reflected the best of Moroccan cuisine.

Such a great place to try various Moroccan dishes. The staff was amazing (we were the only one their so we felt very catered to). Every morning breakfast was something new and exciting to try. We really felt like they had a top chef working for this restaurant as you could tell the care that went into the food and presentation.

The salle a mange was a beautiful place to start and end your day!

First time in a medina setting, everything was perfect. room, food, vue and service.
Breakfast was impressive, dinner so delicious, and the staff very helpful and everything was with a smile.

We stayed in one of the rooms in the main building (less expensive) and found it just delightful. Our balcony overlooked the old city (medina) and the distant hills. It was magic! The room was charming and comfortable. We also had great views of the hotels lovely terraced gardens (part of the former vizier's palace). The old rooms in the palace must be magnificent, as the balconies certainly were. Food was excellent and we had 3 wonderful days and nights in Fes. The wine cellar has very good selections, too. The shop at the top of the drive was a lot of fun as well and we had a fabulous mirror frame shipped home!

The place is incredible, its quite and its located inside the Medina, so it's such an experience because of the contrast. The meal was really disappointing. Entrance: broad beans (soup, purée, boild, all made with broad beans), Main course: some strange pasta with cinnamon and confectioner's sugar.
