Incredible efficient, but discrete and friendly staff! The fantastic patio is a harbour of peace. Have a look at the romantic room on 2nd floor! Best situated between the main mosk and the imperial palace ( parking/gate Ain Zleten).Perfect petit déjeuner; fresh ingrediants for diner from the market. Just don't hesitate! Enjoy the roof terrasse at evening.
Fortunately, the guests respect the calm of the establishment, because the open patio could lead to noise. Staff begins to move in the kitchen at 8 a.m. Smell the tea& coffeee and exotic parfumes. Dr R. Blum

The staff is great, Kacem and his collegues did everything possible to make my stay simply unforgettable. The riad is beautiful and is really into the medina. Still, it is very easy to find (so you do not need to rely on locals and to pay them to bring you there, as it is the case in most riads in moroccoan cities).
As a globetrotter I must say with much surprise that, for the first time ever, I can not find anything I disliked in this hotel.

Our stay at Riad Ahlam was very pleasant. The Riad itself is very relaxing and very well decorated. It is at a walking distance from the Medina main street. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. We do recommend this Riad

We stayed here for four nights. Fez was the last stay of our Morroco trip and this Riad was by far the best (and we'd already stayed at some good ones). It is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, lovely courtyard, great breakfast and a roof terrace with stunning views. The roof terrace is an absolute must early evening when the sound of the calls to prayer from many mosques and the cry of the swifts echo round the medina. Pure magic! But the real treasures here are the staff. Bubbly Fatiha, always smiling and welcoming with her 'ca va bien?' We were originally booked into an upstairs room but when Kacem, the manager, noticed my husband struggling from a recent broken ankle, he moved us to a ground floor room. Fez is a fascinating place and this Riad was awonderful calm place to return to after exploring the medina. We would definitely recommend it and will definitely return.
