Charming ambience but I wasn't overly impressed with the food. The staff were ok but argued when we questioned the bill. Others had the Harira (Moroccan soup) and they enjoyed it

It is really a shame about this place. It has a potential but it seems they keep open just to be open . The show is totally unprofessional the food mediocre and less than that.
Keep away from this place.

We dined at this amazing restaurant on our first night in Morocco. My friends and I were greeted with incredible warmth by the staff. Our server, took the time to describe the dishes and extremely patient with our group. When the food was served we were astonished on the amount of food that was served and when we tasted all the dishes, we were not let down. The food was fresh and tasted wonderful. No other place came close to the food here. We ate the most delicious in all of Morocco here. A must if you’re ever in Marrakech.

Al Fassia is one of those places that is a one-time-and-you’re-done type. It’s located in an absolutely gorgeous old palace up near the Blue Gate; go simply to check out the decor! The show starts at about 8pm- and is it somewhat outdated? Yes. But was it extremely highly entertaining? YES! Expect the most stereotypical magician, full of corny tricks but with a penchant to surprise, two belly dancers who encourage audience participation (and they’re also incredible!), some Berber music and a traditional little band. We went because we wanted to see belly dancing while we were here- we left with our belly’s full from an ok but decent meal, and our sides aching from laughing so hard at/with each other. It was a truly memorable night in Fes and if you have a good group- I’d definitely recommend it!
