the staff friendly and polite, hotel located centrally and the top desk is just awesome.
Good relaxing atmosphere on top deck over looking a wide area of Casablanca .New ram service and other means of transport easy accessible

Room tip: higher floors better option , deduction in noise

I had high hopes for this hotel.
Pros- clean, nice decor. Big room and really nice people working there.
Cons- food was terrible. The first night we got in later so we went to their restaurant Le Market. They had a nice menu but they only let us get the buffet at 290 dirham. I hardly ate anything as things didn’t taste right. Even the olives didn’t taste right. I ate nothing but bread. My boyfriend ate the chicken but it looked sad and 4 days old. Nothing tasted good. There were a lot of people working but you had to flag them down every time. Very expensive for such bad food and service.
-shower was terrible. There is hardly a door and then the water takes a long time to drain so it overpoured all over the slippery floor. So both nights had bad showers.
-they didn’t clean our room even though we put the clean room sign up and told the concierge.
-breakfast was also not great and old.
-not much around the hotel so the location wasn’t great.

Wish we stayed somewhere else. Don’t stay here

Can’t fault the room or the staff, or the hotel amenities. It’s very modern, the room was very clean and spacious. However, beware that there are no kettles or irons in the rooms. Apparently it’s the law in Morocco, so no fault of the hotel. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly, no cold air, only hot.
If I’m in the area again, wouldn’t mind staying in this hotel again.

This Hotel is ideal for the business traveler as well as the holiday traveler. Its in a nice location in a very pristine area. If your business is around Sidi Maroouf, then I recommend this hotel.
Its got free wifi, though if you are in rm 212, the signal keeps dropping. The rooms are well kept though in my case, the housekeepers kept forgetting to replace the Shower Gel and wash the glasses.
The roof top swimming pool gives a very lovely view of the surroundings. However with temperatures in the 18°C - 22°C it would have been nice to have a warm pool for when the weather is cold. Customer care was really good.
Buffet dinner with very tasty Moroccan dishes.
