We spent the night before flying from Mohammed V Airport. We had a nice family room on the mezzanine floor. The ambiance is ok. Rooftop bar is excellent with a nice pool an d good view over Casablanca. Would rcommend this venue to business travellers and people who spend enough time in riads smelling of tajine.

The hotel isolated. You cannot take a taxi or get to a restaurant nothing is near it. We had to walk around 3 to 4 miles to get to main road to get a taxi. When we returned at night the gate security didn't let the taxi drop us by the hotel. He asked us to walk 5 miles at night!!! also, we were told in morning "don't walk outside at night"
The hotel is located in a zone of companies gated area, it maybe good for people who visit these companies.
The room was very very small. and HOT we had to change the room at night and move our stuff to other room which was hot as well.
Windows are locked, so its like hot sweat room. bathroom is very small. but the room and bathroom is very clean. Staff and cleaning staff are really great. The cleaning lady who cleaned our room did a great job thanks to her.
The receptionist, has no clue when you ask him for solutions, He was out of mood.

Very friendly personnel, nice and clean rooms.
For tourism in Casablanca, the hotel is far from the most important sightseeings, but with a petite taxi (40-50dh) everything is reachable in 20 mins. Breakfast is very good.
Rooftop swimmingpool is fantastic.
I recommend this hotel.

Staff is unhelpful and does not care about any problems/ issues you may have during or after your stay. Was charged a deposit at the beginning of my stay, then charged the actual amount and they weren’t able to give back the deposit once the other payment was processed. It means that your bank account will have 500 euros blocked for over 20 days. After contacting them no solution provided, as expected taking into consideration they didn’t give a damn during the stay. 4 stars for the rooftop, the guys there are the only ones that save the hotel. Stay at the Eurostars Sidi Maarouf, rooms are way bigger, breakfast is better and they listen to their guests.

Dear Sir,

First, I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your comments on TripAdvisor. We, at Kenzi Sidi Maarouf Hotel, take our clients' feedback very seriously and consider it as a valuable source of information to better ourselves and enhance the quality of our service. As well as that you did enjoyed the Rooftop service and was a very memorable experience.

I am deeply sorry that your stay with us was not up to your expectations and at the same time disappointed following your review, Kindly note that the majority of our clientele is made of business travelers who regularly come back to Kenzi Sidi Maarouf Hotel thanks to the home feeling they find within our property and the dedicated service extended by our collaborators.

As far as the pre-authorization is concerned, we did confirmed the amount you have in your invoice and the rest was cancelled on the same time as was explained in the email sent upon your request, yet it is only a process done by the banks all over the world which block the rest about 15 to 20 days, however the hotel does not block any amount after your check out date.

Once gain I would like to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and we look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the near future.

Best Regards,
Radouane Asfari

Had to go to Casablanca for work and got recommended this hotel. We arrived late at night and there was an apparent mixup with the booking, and no rooms. The hotel staff sorted a new hotel, and taxi to take us there.
Check in, food and stay for the rest of the trip went well.
Rooftop terrace and pool are really nice, definitely a highlight.
