As well as that you did enjoyed the Rooftop service and was a very memorable experience.
I am deeply sorry that your stay with us was not up to your expectations and at the same time disappointed following your review, Kindly note that the majority of our clientele is made of business travelers who regularly come back to Kenzi Sidi Maarouf Hotel thanks to the home feeling they find within our property and the dedicated service extended by our collaborators.
As far as the pre-authorization is concerned, we did confirmed the amount you have in your invoice and the rest was cancelled on the same time as was explained in the email sent upon your request, yet it is only a process done by the banks all over the world which block the rest about 15 to 20 days, however the hotel does not block any amount after your check out date.
Once gain I would like to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and we look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the near future.
