The hotel is too dark with small rooms. Utterly bad dinner served with no choice . Breakfast was too cold . There is no wifi in room . The wifi in lobby too was very bad . Only good thing was that it is near to United Nations and mohd square . You can get taxi easily plus tram station is near by . As a whole not worth it for families .

The Business Hotel has decent sized rooms, but the entire hotel is dark, plays 'Hotel California' in a loop and only very rudimentary, cold breakfast is served in the dark breakfast room in the mornings. No wifi available in rooms and only a poor connection in the lobby. If you intent to stay in Casablanca only for one night, then this might suffice and serve the purpose of a bed for the night. For any longer stay, there are other options. One of the rooms was very dirty and had ripped curtains, whereas another room was clean and bigger.

During my visit to Morocco. Arrival was late and I had pre-booked for this hotel
When I entered the hotel was giving me a room at the top of the hotel
And I had to climb another role at the hotel and then perfected good role up the stairs. That was very tired
And when I entered the room was a shock. It is a normal room. With a very modest level
I decided to go out and left the hotel angry

Room Tip: I personally do not recommend any traveler that he would regret his choice

I am a little surprised at how many negative reviews this hotel has had. I stayed there on two separate occasions in Jan and Feb 2013, for five and four nights respectively, and thought it was perfectly OK, even though it is definitely not a four star hotel; three would be closer to the mark. was very happy with my room on the third floor. The bed was huge and really comfortable and the soundproofing was fine. The standard of cleanliness was good. There was satellite TV available and Internet access, free of charge via a reliable wi-fi connection. The bathroom was also fine. Breakfast was a bit hit or miss but not too bad. There is a small bar adjoining the restaurant, though drinks are quite expensive there. The staff I encountered were OK - but not especially friendly or welcoming.

As far as location is concerned, the hotel is reasonably close to the centre (three stops on the Metro). The nearest station is less than five minutes' walk from the hotel and I would recommend it as a great way of getting around.

Would I stay at the Business Hotel again? Yes, I think so, though it is not an establishment one would ever wax lyrical about! Clearly other reviewers must have had some bad or negative experiences staying there, which fortunately I didn't have.

Definetly one of worst hotel even though they are claiming to have 4 stars. Really don't know how did they manage it. Rooms are small, elevator doesn't work or they forgot to construct it up to last floor! So you need to walk 1 stair if you take even elevator. Wifi is the only point. One night experience like that..

Room Tip: Don't take uppest floor:)

Well positioned, close to new tram line for Dhms 7.00 connect you to the Gare de Voyaguers,
then to airport for Dhms 40.00 totalling the trip to airport to Dhms 47.00 when you supposed to pay around Dhms 300 to 400 for a taxi ride. Hotel needs some rotuine maintenance as room 602 shower rose holding bar and towel rail loose to wall. Inverter A/C+ Heater not working. One of the twin bed springs collapsed. Restaurant staff, doorman and service staff very good and friendly. But more importantly the older woman receptionist who is wearing big round earings was very rude, repeating the same without listening and doing dodgy euro conversions for her advantage. When I checked in, twice tried to process the payment in Euros with Visa card and payment refused. She said may be the bank and asked me to pay in Dhirams and showed me the ATM. When my wife asked her "was the EFT terminal working", she ignored the question. I told I can pay it following day when the banks open. I rang my bank, found out hotel eft terminal not working as there was no transaction rejection entry. I used my card for shopping and mentioned to the male receptionist following day, who said the hotel eft terminal was not working. I paid a total of Dhms 3384.00 and dinner bill also included in that. Gave me a signed itemised account. When I was checking out, woman with the big earings accused me of not paying the dinner bill. I showed the account. She said her friend made a mistake so I have to pay a further tax amount in a raised, angry voice and other guests in the lobby heard it. We together did the calculation and came up the balance of Dhms 225.00 to the new total. I paid and got a new account. At the airport, as I was organising the papers I saw the original total in her writing was still too high and she used a very dodgy conversion rate for euros. I think she outsmarted me for Dhms 225.00 and pocketed it.
So BEWARE! Worst Woman Receptionist Ever.

Room Tip: May be better off at another hotel.
