Casablanca was the first stop on a tour and we stayed at Les Saisons for 1 night. Room was quite spacious but was quite dated and dark. Location was good as just a couple of minutes from the medina.
Restaurant on site with good breakfast of olives, breads, yoghurt, pastries and boiled eggs.
Reception spoke adequate english but were not overly helpful. Wifi seemed to work best at reception. Shop just around corner.

Hotel is practical and functional. We didn't have high expectations. Did the job for us as we were transiting to Fez. Don't expect ornate decor and furnishings. Rooms are simple and clean. Bed is firm and comfortable. Shower is nice. Breakfast buffet is really simple/functional. Not the best, but good enough for on the road.

I just stayed 1 night in a single room which was quite more than expectation.

- neat & clean
- facilities(AC, hot water, TV, etc) are Ok
- breakfast is good
- kind & supportive receptionists
- easy access to Train station(5min by walk) and other restaurants.

If you want to stay for short period in Casa, I highly reccommend you to choose this hotel :-)

When I walk into 4star hotel i expect more. I expect see tooth brush and water boiler also coffee and tea bag in my room. Also expect free complementary mineral water which are non of them provided here.

The aircon is not cool at all especially during summer. The room relatively OK. Clean. Location wise is walking distance to Medina and Casa Port so easy to go to the Airport.

Overal they are cheap 4star hotel for the reason. You pay what you got. I am not sure if best western better or worse than this.

We stayed here as part of a group tour with Peregrine. The reception staff speak very good English and are helpful and courteous. The hotel is close to the old market and also the United Nations Square where you can catch the tram. The restaurant serves excellent food and is also good for breakfast but it does permit smoking indoors which is horrible. Across the road is Les Fleurs - another very good restaurant.
