“Great rooms and location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 17, 2013

Their location is very good and close to the Ocean and beach, big shopping center just few steps from the hotel. The staff at the front desk were polite and helful. Check-in process without any problems. My room was spacious and really tastefull decorated, everything was clean. The bathroom very comfy. Unfotunatelly there was no coffee/tea facilities in that room. The cleaning staff were not so caring, but their service was good enough. The breakfast was superb but restaurant's food on dinner not so good i expected and overpriced. But generally it's a nice property for stay.

We chose to visit Casablanca in the middle of a week's stay in Marrakech, despite being told that it was a large, busy, working City with nothing much to see. We took the train from Marrakech station - 3 hours, very efficient. We wanted a contrast to our beautiful little Riad so chose a medium sized hotel which was lovely - beautifully decorated, great outdoor pool and sun loungers. Mainly frequented by business people, some of whom were quite ignorant and enjoyed talking loudly in the restaurants about their latest fantastic 'deal', along with graphic swearing... the staff were very good when we asked to be moved and apologised - it wasn't their fault. Food is expensive and fine but not outstanding. Room was very nice, balcony overlooking the sea (which is on the doorstep!) and beautiful vaulted ceiling. Comfy bed. Everything we were after. I suppose the only reason I gave it a 4 star rather than 5 was due to the over-priced average food and we asked the concierge to book us a table at Ricks Café - when we got there this hadn't been done - fortunately they could get us in, and my goodness this place is stunning - see separate review. You MUST go here if you go to Casablanca - it's worth the trip if only to frequent this beautiful restaurant. The beach is lovely, there's a new shopping centre opened with an M & S, Next, H & M etc if you want that sort of thing - lovely cafe's on sea level with amazing cakes! Would recommend this hotel and would go again.

Room Tip: Mid range sea view room was excellent

Its a nice hotel with nice room. One restaurant with moroccan food and wine. Located at the Corniche near the beach.
The main plus of this hotel is without a doubt the service. Its so rare, that it need to be emphasised. From everyone at the reception to the doormen I must say that it made a real difference as everybody was really helpful and smiling. I will definitely go back.

This hotel is located in a very good district of Casablanca and very close to the Corniche ,so the traveler can see from the bedroom 's balcony the seaside. You will be very warmly welcomed by the personnel of the reception desk who will make the best arrangements for you.The bedrooms are very comfortables and most of them have an equipped balcony overlooking the sea.the three restaurants ( mediteranean, international and moroccan serve a top quality food! the lounges are smart as the bar and the swimming pool very agreable!I recommend highly this hotel !

Room Tip: Even with a little supplement Iadvise the travelers to book a superior room to have the benefit of a...

The title is my real question after staying in this hotel.

The accommodation is good, location is moderately okay but what a terrible room service ! It takes about an hour for getting a cup of tea in the room after several phone calls to Room Service. The hotel does not have a single universal adopter and you are stuck if you don't carry one. The restaurant, swimming pool, bar etc are okay and satisfactory. But if you try to walk onto the beach just across the hotel, you may land in a dirty swamp like place. Just watch the Atlantic from your rooms and enjoy.
Probably the best part is the lobby side interior decoration made in Arabic style. And the reception staff. And the door men. But if you step out of the doors, you are on to a gully.

Good sized room, nice ocean view from balcony. (We saw a perfect rainbow one morning.) Breakfast was quite good too. The only thing we didn't like was the location. There's nothing close nearby except for a couple of restaurants. Everytime we wanted to go out we had to take a cab. Wifi is only available in public places so you can't go online in the room but sometime you'd get reception at the hallway.

This is a very nice hotel alongside the grand beach area of Casablanca. The staff was welcoming and a basket of freah frit was brought to the room soon after we arrived to set the mood and welcome us to Casablanca. The city itself is mostly business-orient, and not too unusual or charming. The grand mosque is worth a visit, as well as the relatively small botanical gardens called the :Jardin Majorelle", once owned by Yves St. Laurent. Don't miss the Berber Museum there.
