We stayed there since it was close to the airport. While they had no trace of our reservation rooms were available. As everywhere in Morocco the staff was very friendly.
One recommendation, stay away from the restaurant. Beside that it was cold in the room half of the menu card was not available, no fish etc....
Breakfast was only slightly better but not much.

I stayed at this hotel two times,it was only for one night, but it was the first time and the last time. Strike 1: the electronic key did not open the door to the room and I ended up going back to the front desk 3 times where I was treated with indifference. Strike 2: on the third try when I entered the room and turned on the light, the cockroaches scattered. I dared not leave my suitcase or shoes on the floor as I was afraid that the cockroaches would infest them. Strike 3: the next day when I woke up I realized that there was no towel in the bathroom, so I used the bed sheet to dry myself after the shower.
Bottom line: I will never stay here again. Dirty, lousy service and without any redeeming qualities except being close to the airport.
My colleage said that he stayed at the airport in past years, but every time it gets worse. The last time he caught some type of rash from something on the bed sheets. Uggggh.

Lets clear up the confusion, the Atlas Sky is a 4 star hotel adjoined to and sharing the same complex and pool with the Relax Hotel, a 3 star hotel.  The Atlas is in good nick, it is clean, tidy and whilst not 4 star as Europeans know 4 star, it is perfectly functional.

This hotel is not somewhere to spend your holiday, it is a typical airport hotel, 5 minutes in a free shuttle bus, again shared with the Relax Hotel, from the airport.

For somewhere to spend a few hours to a night, whilst connecting or travelling on, perfect.  My experience was 6 hours, easy and quick check in, relaxing swim, couple of beers by the pool listening to the call to prayer and a quick sleep, shower and back to the airport, could not fault the experience for what is was and what it was meant to be.

Enjoy.

dinning area clean lack of supervising as the stuff wan t friendly no smile. table missed cutlery napkins. empty Moroccan tea pot toaster not working cold hard Moroccan pancakes.
the currency exchange disk wouldn't exchange big lamp some of money as we want to exchange 2K £ to Dirhams.

As many other travelers who use Royal AIr Maroc in their movements through Africa, you may end up in this hotel if your lay over between flights is long as a service from the air company. I have to say that is the only reason I would ever go to that place.
Few years ago it was actually a nice option to rest and prepare for the next flight, nice restaurant and service in general, but now it's become a traveller's chain processing factory. They've doubled up the size o the building, dividing it now in Relax Hotel (Where Air Maroc Customers are placed) and Atlas Hotel. It took 2 hours to get a room as the flux of customers never ends, leaving little time for the cleaning services to prepare the rooms. All of us where trying to find a place to sit in the lobby while waiting and struggling to get connected to any of the various useless wifi networks.
Once you get the room you will find a single towel, and a couple of sachets of shampoo.
But the restaurant is the worst. They really turned the nice environment into an extension of the in-flight rations. Beef or fish, steamed vegetables and rice. Water from the fountain as the only choice and not a simple napkin on sight. The languishing lonely staff waiting for you is ready with the spoon. It only lacked the "NO LOITERING" sign you find in MacDonalds in order to complete the experience.
One thing has not changed. There is an internet access point in each floor, but you will never get the network from your room.

In general, it was quite a deceiving experience in which one can see that cost reduction and "optimization" of resources has arrived everywhere. Maybe if you get there for the first time and willing to have a nap between flights, your expectations are not too high, but having met the old welcoming place, this was an annoying experience for me.

After fifteen hours of flying this was a perfect hotel for a night stay. Our stay here avoided a one hour trip into Casablanca since we had to be at the airport in the morning again to meet friends. The rooms have slate floors, large shower and hand held adjustable shower head. Robes and slippers are there to suggest a high star ambiance. The rooms are beautifully appointed, comfortable beds. Bonus - it's only five minutes from CMN by free shuttle bus. The shuttle bus will say either 'Atlas Sky' or 'Relax'. The two hotel have lobbies joined by a long open hallway so the shuttle takes you too both. They share a huge pool set in a peaceful courtyard. The Atlas restaurant has a thoughtful menu but the food falls short of excellent. You can eat inside or out under a shaded area. Wifi is available a only in the lobby which seems to be standard for many Moroccan hotels. Check in with reservations was easy. Hotel room was quiet. I would recommend this new hotel highly and very glad to have stayed away from the Relax.

Room Tip: Low floor means less elevator wait time.
