This guesthouse is way overpriced, at least the room we book which was the less expensive, called Houcina (770 dirhams/70€), and for that price I think we should have gotten much more quality or for that quality the room should be much more cheaper.....
For that price and less we have stayed in much better maison d'hotes and riads in Tanger, Fez and Marrakech where everything was so much better: the house, room, decoration, breakfast, etc.
Our room was in the basement, small and not nice. The bathroom was good size but the shower was very old, both the hanger and the shower itself were broken, so it was not comfortable and water came out in many directions. And the sink was clogged. One would expect that the cleaning staff should had noticed that when cleaning the room...
Room was a little noisy due to traffic in nearby street, but nothing too bothering.
Breakfast: no fresh orange juice, but bottled... which was a real pity as the oranges in Morocco are fantastic. It was the only place we stayed in, out of eight riads/guesthouses, were they didn't serve fresh juice.
Rest of breakfast was very simple and not tasty at all.
Summing up: very expensive for it's value.
