Typical Sheraton albeit could do with some upgrading in the rooms which were a bit tired. Public areas bright and well appointed. Japanese, Moroccan restaurants as well as buffet. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Plenty of choice but lousy coffee machines which half the time didn’t work properly. We were attending a training course. Facilities were good and technical support helpful and responsive. Good refreshments at breaks. Room a good size with comfortable bed. Not enough lifts! Only 3 and one was out of action throughout stay leading to long waits at busy times.

Not the best Sheraton I have stayed at!

Yes its a bit older Hotel but very well located right where the fun and life is. Value I got at the room, Executive Lounge and Breakfast was just excellent. One little improvement to be made, maybe the elevators are either really old and slow, or just do not come at when you need them. All other well and nice, specially the welcome service and quick check in and check out. Biggest value is the great location easy and safe to walk around and enjoy Arabic life! Thanks for the nice hospitality.
