Not what you expect from a suite 4star hotel!
Yes the room was big, but the kitchenette had no water kettle, the shower no curtain and the AC did not work.
The hotel management was most disappointing, no help to book a city tour and when my wife forgot her leather jacket in the cabinet. We called many times, but the answers were: “our manager is having breakfast, call back in 1 hour.”, “the housekeeping is not here, call back later.”...” so no jacket was found.” A very disappointing stay at a hotel not worth even 2 stars.

The suites are nice and large, the hotel is modern ask for the suites with a balcony and an open view.
You will be satisfied by this hotel which is very calm but above all wonderfully located in Casablanca, all the hot spots are reachable in a minimal time from the Park Suites.
Wifi works perfectly and the hotel provides a large variety of International TV Programs.
Another positive point the Spa of the hotel is well known and dedicated to the businessmen, and consequently open until 10 pm.

Room tip: Rooms overlooking the Rue Trèves are those you must ask for

On the the plus side - good bed, quiet, efficient AC
Not so good - bathroom needs renovating. Lots of damaged tile, water damage, mostly clean but not in good condition.
Breakfast was ok - nice pastries, cold fried eggs(?), but the worst coffee!

Although the room looked nice, the shower was dirty, Moldy and had bad pressure. The room smelt strongly of smoke (In a non smoking room). Rooms next to us were partying and was loud throughout. Someone even came to knocked on our door in the middle of the night. When checking in, the lady was nice but constantly kept talking to other people and delayed our process of check in. NO ONE helped with our luggage (checking in or checking out) and there were stairs to get into the hotel. Overall, it was definitely not a great experience. Glad we only booked one night but it was also one night too many.

The hotel was run down but in a great location. The rooms were spacious but very old. I would equate it to a motel 6 in the USA the breakfast was average the staff were friendly and professional. Would not stay here again
