Hotel itself was a pretty noisy place, located right next to a major traffic circle and roads. Moroccan drivers like using their car horns a lot. At night however the road significantly quietens down, so unless you sleep at 6pm, the noise level should not be a major problem. The interiors however, were very interesting. My room was painted bright lime shouty green, and had these local prints placed all around. There were poster beds layered with lace canopies in cream and the lights were a multi-coloured chandelier sort of thing. It was highly amusing. It's about a 25 minute walk to Rick's Cafe.
