HI EVERY BODY
Hope every things is well
It's me again
The Hotel is very nice,Good value for the price paid, and the Location very good 10 minutes away by walking from to Center, the Old Medina too close and the city train station was just few minutes walk away and harbour are been just 2 minutes away from the hotel ,we did had there a 2 nights,Front desk service is nice & hotelstaff was friendly ,Our room was clean and we had a good View. Service at Breakfast was good and Choice was usual for,all was fresh.orange juice, hard boiled eggs, coffee (i think Hotel Rating equal all over the world)many good restaurants are in the neighborhood. good choice there!Internet connection slow. Overall, not a lot of Moroccan flavor in this hotel, but it's still a decent place to rest.
I would stay there again in 01/01/2013 when i'm visiting Casablanca.
see you soon

No problems with room and location was great However when we getting ready for bed (in our nightclothes) two yound men walked into our room. The staff on the desk had apparently canceled our electronic key and reissued a key to new quests. As you can imagine it was a unpleasant exprerience. My husband had to dress and go downstairs to sort it. The staff on the desk smiled as if it was amusing and did not offer any apology what so ever. The next morning when I complained that two men had walked in on me in a state of undress, the staff again though it amusing. I have tried since returning home to complain but have not been able to get through to any complaints line, hence this report. There were several single women in our party so it could have been a lot worse if it had happened to them.

Room Tip: All rooms are very much the same, but I advise to lock the door from the inside when you are in the...

This hotel is a terrible waste of time and money
My wife and I checked for one night, and thats where it all went wrong
The room was small and untidy, the bathroom floor was sticky and the towels were dirty and paper thin, we had them replaced.
The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were to short and we had to remake the bed, the pillows were also a disgrace, one was very hard and the second was so old that the foam inside had broken down and was lumpy
The carpet was also dirty which meant we had to wear saddles to access the room
We had called down to housekeeping, four times and no answer, the same for front reception
In the end we had to go to the front desk to ask for new pillows and towels
The replacements were not much better
The breakfast was miserable the staff did not want to replace empty breakfast containers until they were completely empty
The most disappointing aspect of Ibis Casablanca, is that it is an international hotel and the staff can't or choose not to speak English
This is an experience we will not go through again and at every opportunity will not recommend the Ibis group of hotels

Room Tip: Choose another's hotel this was a disaster and I have complained to the manager and Accor head o...

Good value for the price paid. Location excellent for travelling by train and visiting the old medina, fish port and the city centre. Simple and functioning facilities. Helpful but busy staff at reception. Internet connection too slow.

Stayed one night here as part of a tour. Bedrooms - usual Ibis, small, brightly lit but nowhere for your suitcases, only one small bathtowel each.
Had a snack lunch in the bar - not everything on the (limited) menu was available, & service was VERY slow. Dinner in the restaurant - service was even worse! We almost had to get down on our knees to the (uncharismatic) restaurant manager to be able to order some wine. His idea of "managing" was to halfheartedly clear one or two plates from the tables, while waiters dashed about empty handed in an attempt to look busy! The buffet food was a selection of salads & lukewarm cooked dishes - not very hygienic!
The hotel in some way from the city centre - JUST OK for a night but not for a longer stay.

Ibis city center, old rooms, clean, not standard as Ibis chain, free internet, average breakfast, you have to count how much you should pay when paying. I chose this hotel for one day to check other hotels. the price is 900 DRH. As to the location, it is difficult to find small (red) taxi. But you can always spoil yourself by using the Mercedes taxis in front of the hotel. you can get it anywhere inside Casablanca for 10 - 15USD.

Room Tip: Rooms faces the port is too lousy.
