Very nice hotel near Casablanca port station, excellent service with friendly staff.
The restaurant has a large choice of dishes and nice bar. Close to the IBIS there is NOVOTEL with the same proprety.
- Free Wifi
- Free Parking
I have stayed at this Ibis 2 or 3 times now, and it is about the best place I have found in Casa. You can take the train from the airport to Casa Port train station (MAD40) and avoid the TERRIBLE overpriced taxis from the airport. The station is just across the street from the hotel.
keep in mind that housekeeping can enter your room without announcing like what happend to me 4 times inside2 hours and when i go to reception to complain ask for reason i get passed on to a wait around and no one comes to explain to me the reason. I wait for40 minutes and still no one comes to explain. I complain more also about the lack of respect and ask for hotel mananger but am told tomorrow so i get nowhere i dont feel relaxed in my room because the matter is not resolved and someone may walk in again at any time without warning or knock. the staff are busy as i write and they do in all fairness do a good job but in case you have reason for complain just dont waste your time waiting on nothing. It is good hotel like all the ibis hotels but clearly has manangement problems to overcome guest need to be treated with respect at all times not just between 9 to5.
Ibis is everywhere the combination of reasonable price and nice location for those who stay there for a few nights only. Clean and simple. Very close to the local trains station.
So, nothing special but nothing wrong))
After reading lots of reviews from fellow travelers, I decided to go for a low-cost internationa chain as I didn't want to risk not having hot water, finding bugs in the bedsheets, etc. It was a good choice. Ibis City Center is impeccably clean, and everything there looks modern and new, even carpets, duvets, and lcd tv's. The location is great, just a few meters from the medina and within walking distance from the city center. It's also across the street from the train station to go to Rabat (recommended), for example. The views of the port area are not great, but if you walk to the end of the floor corridors, you can take a peep at Hassan Mosque and the sea. The area is safe and busy, so it's great if you're planning on covering the city center. Casa Voyagers station is a bit far. I walked when I arrived, and took a cab on my way out (not too expensive). Make sure you check out with lots of time, as the trains to the airport are not many, and there can be huge lines at the station ticket windows. Free wi-fi in the lobby. Breakfast buffet, good, though most products are not of very high quality (juice, cold curds, cheese).
I would say this Hotel is one of the Best,,Very Clean,,Friendly Staff,,i av read other people's coments here but i wont be agree with them,i left money and lots of gifts in my room,,but they were still there,no body stolen anything from my room.
