The Villa itself is very big and spacious, and overall quite clean. May need to open up all the windows and shutters if no one has rented the villa in a while to freshen it up.
Basement - massive kitchen and lots of pots, pans, glasses etc to make a meal
Also an en-suite bedroom with shower and toilet.
Entrance/ground floor - two massive living rooms, and also a bedroom and separate bathroom and toilet.
1 st floor - 4 bedrooms, 1 massive bedroom, with living room space, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with toilet. Also an additional bathroom and toilet on the floor.
The rooms all have double beds and some storage for clothing.
They dont have normal tv, but they have android boxes so you can watch youtube etc or watch shows online. Not that we cared, on holiday, who cares about tv.
Pool - Nice and clean, and can be warmed up if required. The on site security Abdul normally does this and is very pleasant chap.
Location - In a very quiet residential street in the middle of no where. However, once you get your bearings, your about 5-10 walk to the beach. Also, you wont find cabs around here, but if you walk about 5 mins towards the Robinsons Hotel Club, near the beach, you should be able to find a cab there.
Supermarket is about 5 mins cab ride, although probably easier walking there, about 15min walk, huge supermarket, should be able to find everything you want. Also, there is a mc donalds near the supermarket and plenty of cabs to catch a ride back to the villa with the shopping.
Irish bar - waste of time in my opinion, very small, and nothing like your typical irish pub as we know it around the world, more like a local bar. However, maybe we went on a bad night, still worth a visit i guess.
English pub - very lively and big, not your typical English pub, but definitely worth a trip. They have karaoke and music playing and a small dance floor.
CLUBS - Dont bother going till after 1am.
Papagayo - huge club, depends on the night, we went 3 times and only once was it busy, so a bit hit and miss. Also have to pay to get in, but you get a drink with it.
Sofitel - Expensive, but a posh club, quite busy most nights.
Actors - big club, again hit and miss. One night was absolutely amazing and full of people, another night was quiet so we left at 2am.
Factory - small club, but for me it was the best, always packed when we went.
Beach - As the villa is located near the bottom of the map, the walk from bottom to the top is about an hour or so to the marina. Lots of shops, restaurants, hotels to see. The beach itself is very nice, surprisingly. The sand is soft and golden and the beach itself clean. The water can be a bit rough though.
Overall a good villa, location a bit far, but once you get your bearing etc, its not so bad.
Met on site by Alex and his partner who spoke excellent English. A massive place on 3 floors. Kitchen and dining area in the basement plus a huge room with en suite. Ground floor 3 massive reception areas plus shower room and a bed room. 1st Floor 4 bedrooms and shower room.
One of the bedrooms was massive with a sitting area and walkin wardrobe plus bathroom.
The only negative would be was that it was very difficult to find for all the local taxi drivers until the final few days when they knew us.
Outstanding villa its the second time I've booked this villa!its very well presented and spacious the owner is very helpful and makes it easy for to contact. The caretaker was very helpful during our stay couldn't do enough for us.the villa is located in a quiet area and not far from the beach and nightlife.we will be booking up shortly again.
I have stayed here unfortunately, and am disgusted, false advertising, no hot pool. No ax/heaters no tv and overall a dust infested hole which we pay ourselves to clean and security is a thief who will drink you're bottles and steal from you, looks good from far but far from good, I've been recently so please take note from this review.
First and for most when travelling from England make sure you take a pen because you hav e to fill out immigration paperwork, don't do what me and my mates did and ask about 20 officers there for a pen and they don't carry one amazing.
Right most important
To the villa after signing the relevant paperwork at the agency. The villa has massive 3 levels. Ground, first, second it has a spacious living room bathrooms on each floor which made it perfect for when guest came 'around, no smooching around to find a bathroom if you know what I mean, have to be very careful in another country everyone is on the hussle even the taxi drivers lol had fun time tho haggling, most people there do not speak very good English do learn a bit of French and Arabic to get around easier I found it very helpful and everyone there respected the fact that I tried, the swimming pool make sure when you stay there to get the owner to get the cleaner to clean the pool and switch the heater on so its hot not cold like we experienced the first day lol but the guy came out the next day and cleaned it and switched it on pool had a nice temperature, we didn't use the kitchen at all due to us being guys didn't want too lose out on valuable drinking time,
The showers and bathroom of the villa are awesome power shower and make sure you don't put it on hot straight away because you will find it will feel like a kettle pouring on you, overall the villa was perfect for us
Getting around if you have a car that's perfect but due to us drinking every hour on the hour lmao that was a no no so what we did was get a taxi driver that spoke reasonable English to explain where to go he gave us his number so what we did was phone him from the villa then he came and picked us up charged about 15 Dirams extra but yo it's a pound when you think about it that was at night when we called Him because we didn't want to walk the street but in the day time what we do was walk down to the softel hotel and there is a rank of taxis in front of the hotel or if you walk to behind the hotel you have the beach and sea. Over all will be renting this villa again And going to agadir again in the near furture
