I will write a fair and honest review and give the good points and the bad points.
The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from a nice sandy large beach which had a section for the hotel guests. We did not sit there as we prefer to sit by the pool.
There are four pools. The first day we went to the quiet pool and were about to sit down at 7.30 in the morning and most of the beds were being reserved by the pool man. He told us that we had to sit in a particular section which was for english. There were areas he said were for french, germans etc. We thought it was crazy to segregate a pool area and moved to the large pool, which was not too loud and the pool man there was lovely. You could sit where you chose and we sat there most days. The gardens are well maintained.
The rooms are very basic but clean. However on arrival the room had not been made up from the previous occupants and was in a complete mess with their dirty bedding and towels still there, no toilet roll and stuff strewn and left by the prior people. Not a very good first impression. We left our cases in there, cleaned the shelves, wardrobe spaces and unpacked. The maid came later while we were out and cleaned everything satisfactorily. We had a nice large balcony but some rooms have tiny ones which you could not sit on. The british tv channels include Sky news, BBC1, BBC2 and ITV1. On arrival our TV could only get SKY news. We mentioned it at reception and within 10 minutes someone had gone up and retuned it to get them all. The reception on TV is not very good but is watchable.
The theme restaurants were much more relaxing for the evening meal. They are waiter service and include Oriental, Japanese, Steak house and Fish Restaurant and Pizza house and Moroccan. However the main buffet Oasis Restaurant is chaotic. The food is okay but the service is awful. Sometimes it is hard to find a table that had been cleaned after the last people. Sometimes no cups, no glasses no knives and forks. Yet many tables have been reserved by the waiters with glasses and bread ready for those who are paying them well all the time. We normally pay for good service by tipping at the end of the holiday but of course tipped nightly in the themed restaurants.
Entertainment staff work hard and try hard although we didnt go to evening entertainment.

Just returned from 2 weeks at the Caribbean Villiage Agador. Its a very friendly atmosphere with plenty of activites for those who want it. A short walk to the beach with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Meal times in the Oasis restaurant were a bit hectic, but meals could be taken at the Moroccan restaurant,Steak House. Fish restaurant, Pizza restaurant with waiter service, as discribed in the brochures. Our room was in the Moroccan style, large with shower room and usual toilet facilities and small balcony. We had BBC1,BBC2,ITV and Sky news, which is very unusual in many of the hotels. Getting a sunbed at the pool was an artform but the pool man was a lovely friendly chap who always managed to find one and a small thankyou was the norm . We enjoyed the roaring fire in the main bar area as it was a bit cool in the evening. The Oasis restaurant could do with some extra cups and cereal bowls, I noticed that some regular guests had provided their own!! Going back to thesubject of sunbeds - Many sunbeds were draped with towels for hours on end, unoccupied , which was very annoying for guests trying to find a vacant one - be warned, but don't let this put you off.

Room Tip: The rooms near the npool are quite noisy in the evening so if you want a quiet room try to get one n...

Was a little nervous after reading other reviews , as I had persuaded 8 other travelling companions to come along,we all agreed the accomodation was fine , a little basic but clean, it is 3 star in north Africa, the food was varied and plentiful also the choice of restaurants was very good for A.I.,the entertainment was varied and the animation team did try to get you inviolved without going over the top, drinks were pleasant and most of the staff were very friendly.

Room Tip: Stay away from the large pool area if you wish a quieter room.

Just come back from Caribbean Village in Agadir , my first time all inclusive, it was just lovely , the food amazing, they catered for all sorts , salads, soup, vegetables, meats , fish , fresh fruit ,
The hotel was spotless the cleaning staff worked very hard all day, the waiting staff very nice , the entertainment people just lovely , wanting you to enjoy whether joining in or just watching , 10 out of 10 for me.
What let the holiday down was the flight home Thompson Airlines .. They were an hour late, not their fault but it was a lunchtime flight and we were peckish and they ran out of food , well not according to the attendant Gordon o they had soup left so no they didn't run out of food but come on only soup !!! He just passed the buck a lot by saying its not his department fair enough but we only have him to complain too ... He couldn't take criticism at all ... He gave his sandwich to a crying very pregnant lady saying (not once) that He was a diabetic , but He had something else He could eat !! I don't want to know what he is we were hungry and a little angry , he said he treated each the same but if she had told him she was pregnant then he would have made sure she was looked after , one she was clearly heavily pregnant (sorry lady) and two you don't treat us all the same as we never got any food ....O yes some cup a soup thingy ..... Never travelling Thompson with Gordon on board no thank you .
But please give The Caribbean Village a try only 3 star but I would say more 4 Thank you

Arrived here with my parents and my daughter who is 8. My father is disabled and we were give a room on 3rd floor. After two days enough was enough so I went to reception and demand for our room to be changed as the key was playing up and poor dad would take forever just to come up the stairs. Room was changed to 2nd floor by the shops. 2016 to be exact.
Room was alot better and must say we were happy once we got moved.
Heated pool wasnt so heated rather cold to be fair and my teeth wouldnt stop banging against eachother #cold water. Still had a couple hours in the pool and we did get used to the temperature after a while.
Food was the worst part. Soups, salad, cooked meals eveyhing tasted the same and extremely bland. Thank godness we took chilly sources with us.plates were dirty so youd have to rumble thew afew before you got a 'clean plate' even then it would be chipped.
Animation team were great and were a plus side to the hotel. Alot of grumpy foreigners so watch out for them they seem to leave their manners at home.
Overall wasnt a bad holiday but dont see myself going back. Pancake man hicham is really good...so is the chef bachir.being a muslim you have to watch whats on the menu as they did serve pork and add alcohol in food....we always checked with the chef whats halal and ate that. Would i visit this hotel again? Definatly not. However my experience doesnt mean you will experience the same.... Have a fab time xxx

Spent a week hear Feb 2013. Its a 3 star complex so don't expect the world! Facilities are good, staff are helpful & friendly they do appreciate tips! Food is good and varied but could be hotter. As an all inclusive its a bit chaotic at mealtimes! Could be arranged to be more orderly! Originally allocated a room by the main pool it quicky dawned on us that this was the centre of entertainment & noise. We asked to be moved to a quieter area this was done immediately & without fuss. Evening entertainment was of poor standard. Generally had a good time and warmed to this place and what Morocco has to offer.

Room Tip: If you like late night revelling choose rooms by the main pool, quieter rooms are located further aw...
