Of course you go to Morocco to try the tradition food and the life, you will not go there if you expect it to be the same as home, if you do that don’t go here.
My youngest kids 10 y did not really like the food, yes the pasta and the dessert, but my oldest kids 19 and 17 and my girlfriend we really like the food, new taste. The tried very hard to give us the Christmas dinner of our life, they have decorate the dinner room and the food was very good.
The things that stands out was the crew/staff, they really go all in to give the tourist feeling that they should really like it. The rooms standard could be better but you only sleep there .
Yes the hotel is not new but it was okay.

The visual apperance is not to my liking but shouldnt judge a book by its cover anyway the reseption is okay you have wifi assoon as but going to your room no wifi youd have to stay at the lounge pool sode or drinks bar . Talking about the pool it barely gets cleaned . If you like traditional morrocan food come here if not dont dont come here if your looking for food youd have in england dont come the food is discusting and they say breakfast starts at 5 but theres no staff the jacuzzi sauna and stuff is not included some of the staff are kind but most arent the private beach is on the strip of beach and its just a little string dividing us from the others the beach is about 20mins away.. this sojuld be at least a 3star hotel resort not 5 . I am comparing this to aqua blu resort in sharm egypt and that was a great holiday

Room Tip: the higher floors give better views

Just stayed here for two weeks 24th Oct-7 Nov 2013 with my mate. The place is a bit tired but very clean and tidy the staff are very good and friendly, only one of the staff was bad he works on the bar you will soon find out who he is.The first week was busy full of French only two other English, second week very quiet (no French).Take some biscuit's with you for the staff they will love you and will appreciate them,if you are phoning home buy a phone card it's a lot cheaper 20 Dirham will last you 2 weeks. Not a lot to do at night only one beer no choice (Stork) in small glasses.

Room Tip: Two many steps if you are not very fit, all rooms seem clean and tidy.

Well we stayed there from the 29th of October till the 5th of November. As soon as we arrived, the service was good from the moment we walked in till we left.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Interacted with us all the time and made us feel very welcome.

The beach is only a 10-15 mins walk depending on how fast you walk. The souk was the best market I've ever been to as it was an amazing experience seeing the shops and people there. Be warn though you will have to haggle very hard as they put the prices up as soon as they realise your a foreigner. Haggle and even walk away as they always call you back for the price you want.

Overall the hotel was very good for us and we enjoyed it.

The downside is that it has no lifts and there is many stairs. Wi-fi connection is poor from the distant rooms but at the bar, restaurant and reception its really good.

We have just won damages against 118 Travel, which is a subsidiary of Freedom Travel, for miss selling a 7 day Holiday to Les Omayades in Agadir Morocco on the 11th Sept-18th Sept 2012. My partner and I within a couple of days when down with diarrhoea, stomach cramps due to the poor state of the restaurant food which spelt and looked repugnant, the hotel services were none existent, the smell of sewage hung in the air and all around the Hotel and rooms even on our clothes later in the evening while walking around in town. They advertised a hotel shop, gym, free wind surfing and kayaks all of which was none existent..
Please you have been warned, avoid at all cost.....

Room Tip: Avoid, look elsewhere you have been warned...
