As a party of 10 made up of older teenages and parents, we stayed here over half term and we had a fantastic time.

We arrived very late at night, the check in process was quick and we were served a full meal in the Morrocan restaurant - an unexpected pleasant start to our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, the foyer, grounds, pools, the lot. Our room was huge and very pleasant. Twin beds pushed together, massive floor space. The room was cleaned every day and our towels changed,

As previous reviews have said, the food was excellent - I am a really fussy eater but I could not fault the food at this hotel - excellent quality and great variety. Lots of drink choices too including coffee and cocktails, spirits, and their beer was very nice. .

All the staff - bar, restaurant, cleaners and entertainment team were excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. The entertainment team were always pleasant - if you wanted to engage with them you could, if you didn't they would leave you alone. The younger members of our party participated in many activities and thoroughly enjoyed their company.

The swimming pools were good and the waves on the beach were amazing!

We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and it is the first time I have returned from a holiday and actually made the effort to write a review as they truely deserve it.

Room Tip: It is worth paying extra for the sea view

We have just returned from holiday, we were there for 14 days, we had such a lovely and relaxing 2 weeks,My husband ate really well here, and so did i. There was never a meal time when you could not find anything to eat. the rooms were always cleaned and nice fresh sheets. the staff were so friendly and polite, and ready to help at any time, the entertainment crew though young were brilliant, they had time for all ages.we would go back tomorrow if we could , but we are looking to book for Feb next year. Just let me add that we loved to see the food being cooked in front of you, we are hoping to book 2 more weeks for February next year. thanking all the staff and managers at the hotel for making our stay so good

Room Tip: If you have mobility problems ask for a room over looking the pool on the ground floor.

My partner and I spent 2 weeks here in October and loved it. It delivered exactly what we wanted from a holiday. On the whole the weather was gorgeous. A few misty mornings and afternoons and maybe 2 cloudy days, but it was October so that's not bad we thought.

We booked this Thomson holiday through First Choice. The rep we had (Elias) was really good. Great sense of humour, very very pleasant and very helpful. We didn't have to use him about any issues in our fortnight, nor did we book any trips, but he was informative on the bus to and from the hotel and he has stuck in our head.

The hotel was absolutely lovely. As soon as we entered it we were given a cocktail and a selection of little pastries (how good they were too!!), the all-inclusive band was put on and the check in service was very quick and efficient. The hotel is beautiful, the foyer, grounds, pools, the lot. Our room was huge and very pleasant. Twin beds pushed together, massive floor space. The room was cleaned every day and our towels changed, which was great (poor maid, we're so untidy).

The food was SO good. So much variety. And and and... freshly cooked donuts for breakfast. I was in heaven. I did try to limit that to every other day but the smell (and pure greed) got the better of me. If you go, they serve these little mini beef sausages at breakfast and for afternoon snacks. I was also addicted to these, they were lovely. Anyway, Loads of variety at every meal. If you moan about the food there and can't find something to eat, there is something wrong with you and you need to go self catering. The little restaurant which served either Grill or Moroccan food was nice for a change and the ambience very nice, but we didn't rate it quite as well as the main restaurant. Lots of drink choices too including coffee and cocktails, spirits, and their beer was very nice. The guys who work on the main bar were about the nicest staff in the hotel. They remember you every day and your drink.

There are 3 pools which really offers so much variety in where you'd like to lie every day. in the second week we lay by the smaller, saltwater, pool which was much quieter and further away from the entertainment (which wasn't overly intrusive to be fair). People have previously said the hotel is tired and in need of maintenance. I suppose that is fair to say, but any repairs are minimal. The only place anything really was noticeable was in the big pool where some tiles are missing and is a bit rough underfoot, but thats a minor gripe.

There is a gym and a beauty therapy bit, with an indoor pool, if that's your sort of thing, all very nice.

Ah yes, if you really really hate cats, this isn't the place for you. I LOVE cats and there are plenty of resident cats around the hotel which was great for me. If you sit outside to eat they will sit by your table looking cute and starving, just so you know. But they are mostly pretty friendly and you can have a fuss with them.

To be honest, we didn't find Agadir itself particularly inviting. The promenade is lovely and very nicely done. Nice for a walk every day. We went to the English Pub which is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel (England were playing.. say no more) and it's a nice atmosphere, again really helpful bar staff. We went to the casino in the Atlantic Hotel, which is only about 5 minutes from the hotel and that was a good evening too. we spoke to people who'd been into the market and seemed to enjoy it, but that's just not our thing, so if you like bartering etc try it out.

Anyway, we would definitely go back to this hotel and we would definitely highly recommend it.

Just returned from 11 nights at this hotel and can't praise it enough. We arrived late at night and were checked in quickly and efficiently and directed to the small restaurant which had been kept open for us to have a bite to eat. Our room was big, clean, overlooking the sea with fresh towels daily. Only 2 'small' issues - no tea making facilities and the room was quite noisy at night only from the sea so if you are a light sleeper take earplugs. The pool areas were great, plenty of beds and towels could be changed daily if you want. The beach (just short walk 20 yds across prom) was clean and again plenty of beds around. The prom was well kept and stretched aprox 4 miles and was a lovely walk each day either to the marina or the dunes. There are plenty of 'hawkers' trying to get you to buy but a simple 'no thanks' was enough and they left you alone (not like those in marrakech!!). There are good cycles to hire if you feel energetic. The animation team at the hotel are so hard working and try to involve everyone but some shows were a bit odd!!?? Food was great, plentiful and good quality and available most of the day. Service thoughout the hotel was excellent at all times. Weather was fantastic, just one overcast day (bit of a relief really). Would definately recommend this hotel!

Room Tip: Rooms in block 5000 lovely sea view but noisy during the night

I stayed at this hotel from the 15th October to the 22nd with my two parents. On arrival to the airport you were hit with the heat and beautiful sunshine. All week the weather was perfect during the day, came home with a tan, Maybe a little overcast one morning but this lead to a walk along to marina which did become daily for us after breakfast.

Hotel:-On arrival abosolutely beautiful. Walked into reception and served immediately. Told there was a chance to go for a late breakfast and come back for the rooms in an hour and considering our flight was an early one food was much appreciated. Walked out the tables up top and spectacular view of the pools. Three restaurants on site, mainly in ate in the main one for dinner but had superb choices. Lunch was served down by the pool bar which meant you could sit outside or in.

Pools:- Fabulous but freezing upon first entering, They were a little chilly but once you dunked your shoulders they were fine.

Animation:- Brilliant! Took a little while for them to get around everyone and as good as i have met previous but eventually brilliant. They managed to drag me in for water polo a few times. Be warned not afraid to pull me in on the sun lounger. The shows were quite interesting. They liked to get people up dancing.

Restaraunt:- The food was to die for! I wanted to bring the chefs home with me. I loved walking in and eating the fresh pizza. The staff in the restaurant were so attentive. Our waiters were brilliant always smiling. Even on my mums birthday there was a bottle of champagne brought to our table and a cake made and all the waiters came across to sing happy birthday. Quite sad to leave my two waiters. They work so hard.

Bars:- Good drinks! Good measures. Bar staff are friendly and try to serve people in order.

Rooms:- Spacious and comfortable! Enough plugs! Remember to take travel adapters.

Staff:- Absolutely brilliant! Work so hard and such long hours for little money. Usually always have a smile on their faces and up for a chat when not rushed off their feet.

Rep:- Our rep wasnt so good, he seemed to do just enough, not really around much to be honest.

All in all brilliant! I love the place especially with the beach! Locals are really friendly! Book it you wont be let down.

Hotel was lovely, the rooms were large, comfortable and cleaned every day. Our room was at the very end of one of the blocks but it was a nice walk to and from the main hotel area and the pools.

the 3 pools were great, really big, never crowded and had plenty of sun beds. We never struggled to get a sun bed. The towel cards issued on arrival are great as you can change your towels for the sun beds every day if you wish (do this early).

The food at the hotel was very good, plenty to choose from and for 1 week we didn't find it 'samey'. We ate at the Italian restaurant 3 nights as we liked the food there and the restaurant was quieter than the main restaurant which was probably it's only downside. The main restaurant has tables which are very close together which sometimes made it difficult to get in and out for dinner - but it wasn't a big issue.

The entertainment team were ok, the shows were a little strange at times but they are the most hardworking and enthusiastic team I have come across. Al of the staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful. On one might we returned to our room to find ur toilet door had jammed, we called reception and someone was at the door within 5 minutes.

The beachfront and promenade was nice and it was a nice walk to the marina. (About 45 mins each way) we walked in the other direction to the fixed price shopping area but we didn't find it as nice and didn't feel as comfortable walking around.

All in all we had a great holiday and for our first time all-inclusive it was a great experience.
