We booked a room at this hotel for 7 nights in early January and by the time we were ready to leave could only speak highly about it. Staff is very friendly from the moment you come in, very clean and peaceful also. Pool area and garden very good. Plenty of food and drink(would recommend full board).

I would also want to recommend a taxi driver witch we found to be an excellent Moroccan representative and guide. He took us on a private tour to Taroudant and the oasis near by that took the full day. A very pleasant and knowledgeable person(not a typical taxi driver). We had our young son with us and this seamed the best tour you can choose(an it was confirmed). Price agreed beforehand and in line with was is being charged when using a local tour operator. His name is Hassan and his phone number is 06.68.13.74.78.

Loads to say about this experience and all would be on the positive side.

I travel to Morocco often as its a beautiful and safe place to be, usually I stay at the Tikida Dunas but on this occasion the Kenzi Europa offered good value or money and was in a ore central location. The hotel itself is nice, the restaurant staff were amazing, kind and polite, it was a shame however that the food was not that good limited choice, the bar staff were moody and hardly smiled with the exception of a young boy Mohammed who was really pleasant. The free wifi was sufficient for all to use. Unfortunately, the room was a disaster - on arrival the patio door would not open, it took 2 days to resolve, being on the ground floor this was a fire exit. The bath had no plug, neither of the room lams worked and had to be replaced, the electric socket in the bathroom was hanging from the wall with exposed wires, fridge was leaking, air conditioning was broken, bidet would not drain and for 3 days the room was not cleaned. It took 2 days for the room to be put right however the cleaning of the room was not acceptable. Overall it was a nice stay but I was disappointed with the lack of maintenance and general cleanliness.

We booked our stay for keinzi through booking.com mentioning all inclusive. Then when we arrived they mentioned that it was only half board. We met the hotel manager and told him booking.com advertisment mentioned all inclusive. We told that this is kind of advert is cheating the customer. The hotel manager shouted at my husband and pointed finger on my husband face saying that we should read properly . His gesture I believe he was all ready to hit my husband. Our daughter was shocked to see the incident. This is the worst experience happen to us in Morocco.

We stayed here for seven nights. We found the hotel exceptionally clean in all areas. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with very nice decor. We had a fridge, safe and hairdryer at no extra charge. Free Wi Fi that was pretty reliable can be accessed in the lounge area and there is a free computer room. If you have children there is plenty for them to do and children are very welcomed by the staff. The staff were very friendly, helpful and happy and very quickly became "friends". Nothing was too much trouble for them. We could see the sea from our balcony on the sixth floor - the beach was no more than a ten minute stroll over the road from the hotel and through a small shopping area. There is a section of beach that belongs to the Kenzi with sunbeds and towels supplied, ask at reception for details. The food was standard hotel food with plenty of choice though the meat selection could do with improvement. Try the Moroccan pancakes with honey for breakfast. Freshly cooked while you wait they are delicious.
We ate out twice at the Camel Bar (down to the seafront and turn right). The first time we had a steak which was delicious but the second time we had pizza which was very ordinary. However, the bar itself is good and cheaper than some others. Taxis are very cheap, for local trips just give 20DH and the driver is happy - no need to negotiate the price. Take the orange taxis, always plenty outside the hotel though at peak times you may have to wait. If you want to go to the souk do not tell the driver this as souk to them means a shopping trip and you will get taken here, there and everywhere to every relative who has a shop. The best way round this is to ask for the Ibis Hotel then walk straight up a few minutes to the souk. Entrance 1 is mainly fruit & veg, so if you don't want that carry on to the next entrance 2 or 3 (there are 9 ways in and out). You are expected to haggle over the price so once you start expect to pay around half what the price started at. It's ok to look but once you start touching and trying you are expected to buy so please respect they way they work. They are a poor people who work hard & have a living to make so please don't haggle excessively. Have a good time and enjoy yourself.

Room Tip: Our room was on the sixth floor, faced the main road and we had no problems at all.

We have just returned from the Kenzi.

Having read some of the reviews, we were a little concerned about staying at the Kenzi with our two young boys. However, we need not have been concerned at all.
The hotel was fantastic for 4 star hotel.
The food was good with a choice for everyone and always plenty available. The restaurant staff were all exceptional and very attentive to us and our children. Nothing seemed to be any trouble for them.
The animation team were fabulous, they really created a great atmosphere within the hotel and the poolside.
The housekeeping maid was brilliant.
The room was a good size, a bit of a squeeze for us but there was four of us! The room doesn't not have a kettle or iron so take these with you.

The hotel had entertainment on every night and provided a fantastic evening of entertainment on new year eve. Enjoyed by all

The hotel's location is good. Just a walk down to the beach and marina. The Marina has a good selection of restaurants including McDonalds and Pizza Hut.

Take a trip to Souk al Had for abit of shopping. Should be around 30 dirhams in taxi from outside of the hotel. Go in from gate 10 and come out of Gate 6 for a snack from one of the stalls. Very tasty !

It does get a little chilly in the evenings but is very pleasant during the day. Around 22c most days

I stayed on December 2013 and I would say I loved the hotel, from service to food quality and location. Highly recommended.

Breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. Taste good and there’s variety. By the time I stayed there it was a peak season, so hotel was full, even that situation, they had enough resources to fulfill everyone’s needs.

Hotel offers shows, such as magic, dancers, etc., also beer, for those who drink, you won’t have problems trying to get alcohol at affordable prices.

Beach is literally one minute away, were you might also find restaurants and bars.
Pool at the hotel and slides provide a good choice to hang out for a while.

Room was clean, no comments about it. Rooms are from standard size to below standard, but according to the room rate, you’ll get what you paid for. Very cozy. There was a shower and bathtub, perfect for relaxing.

Front desk personnel is friendly and helpful, also, they speak English and Spanish, which was helpful in our situation. Other friends, staying at different hotels in Agadir reported things missing from their rooms. We didn’t have that situation at Kenzi.

Definitely, value for your money, no doubt about it.
