“worth for budget price”
Reviewed March 28, 2011

Double bed room with breakfast for 325 dirhams. Central loction - easy to find, reach. Clean! ( very important in Marocco :-)) Very good services - helpful receptionist etc. Basic breakfast - croissant, fresh juice, butter, jam, bread and tee/coffee. I really recommend this hotel for the price and cleanless. Nearest restaurant ( "Scampi" ) is very good but expensive ( 160 per meal ). And what about Agadir? Dirty beach full of rabbish. This town is just for sunbathing. Cheap restaurant close to mosque - SESAME. Taxi - 10 dirhams - nice price :-)

Just back from staying at the Hotel Kamal. This hotel is very moderately priced and so very clean. The staff are so polite, helpful and friendly. They have a wonderful pool, which is also spotlessly clean,. Our room and bathroom, while basic, was so very clean, clean sheets almost daily. We had a small TV in the room with 2 English stations showing world news. We had a pool facing room which was very quiet.
The hotel is centraly situated and about a 10minute walk to the beach. There is a very good fixed price store a couple of stores down from the Hotel, which sells gifts etc. and is chaper than the fixed price supermarket on the oposite side of the road.
We will definately stay in this hotel again and would recommend it with no hesitation.

On our third stay at the Hotel Kamal, in the last six months, and I was just as impressed as ever. This trip was a family holiday including our two year old grandson. The staff were wonderful, even when the child got a little grumpy. Everyone had such a wonderful time and I think that all the members of the family will be returning .
It certainly was CHILD FRIENDLY.

Just returned from a week at The Kamal which I booked via their website.Spent it largely relaxing by the pool in hot sunshine.Much as before -friendly staff, spottlessly clean and just so easy to unwind and relax. The lounge area is currently being refurnished and refurbished but with the glorius weather I spent little time in there......Im looking forward to another visit.........

We stayed at Hotel Kamal from February 26th until March 2nd and I couldn't say that we wished to stay at a better place. Hotel Kamal is a very nice place to stay, and offers great quality for its price.

Everyone at the hotel is very friendly, from the receptionist, people at breakfast, and at the pool. They are hardworking and neat, doing their best to make you feel comfortable. The room (and the rest of the hotel also) was extreme clean and being cleaned troughout the day. The pool was very nice, clear and clean water, large enough to make your laps whenever you want.

The hotel is situated at the Hassan II Boulevard, and you can find everything you need in the surroundings of the hotel. Beach is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel, but when having a room with poolview, you will also have a room with seeview!

I really cannot understand how this is rated as #4 hotel iin Agadir. I was disappointed by the condition of the bathroom, moldy tiles and in old/poor condition. The staff is friendly and the pool area is much nicer than the rooms. I suppose if you are on a budget this place is acceptable, but I really could not give it a good rating based on the state of the bathroom. The hotel has a lot of potential but the rooms/bathrooms need a major overhaul.
