We enjoyed our very short stay. Rooms spacious and very well furnished. Front desk staff friendly. We also managed to get a discount! The spa is great. Food varied and always edible. The self service restaurant has literally everything you may ask for.

Room Tip: Rooms gorgeous

Booked last minute. Hotel has very French Colonial feel. We were the only 'english' in the hotel for most of the time but it didn't really matter as most of the staff spoke some English.
All the staff were friendly and would say bonjour as they passed you. New years eve celebrations were a bit different with a live Berber band. No alcohol served at the hotel but it was perfectly ok to take a 5min taxi ride to the local HyperMarket and buy wine or beer and take it to have with a meal in the Hotel Restuarant.
Good resort for a quiet relaxing stay in the winter sun - pool not heated though so freezing... managed 5 minutes!
We went half board as we didn't know what to expect in terms of local restaurants - glad as it was long walk to eating places at Marina end of promenade. Plenty of food at Breakfast and evening meal served buffet style.

Room Tip: Rooms on North side facing pool in Winter time better as sun would 'warm' them up.

We loved our stay here. It was a really good stay with kind service. Especially the food in the restaurant at sea was good and the waiter was so kind. If we are going back to Agadir we would stay here again

I went to this hotel with minimal expectations. On the first day the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Our room telephone was broken, we told them 3 times and they never fixed it. They ran out of coins for us to exchange for our notes so we ended up over tipping.
Always men that received the tips, none for the women as they only had the cleaner jobs so we left an envelope for the cleaners.
A lot of french muslim customers, not a problem but there is a huge difference when you're in a bikini and they're covered up. Lots of children so good for families.
Breakfast was brilliant!
They told us we had to pay a tourist tax, on my booking sheet it said 28.50 dirum for 2 people. They charged us that per person per day, ended up about £50 english money we had to pay in tax while they held our bags so we had no choice but to pay.
3 euros for a bottle of water, they charged british prices in a country that has very low comparative living costs. would NEVER GO AGAIN.

Nice hotel, very well located, an amazing pool.
Good value for money, large breakfast, room with sea and pool view.
Sometimes noise when guests arrive late, but it was ok for us.
We've spent 2 nights there in November and would really recommend it.
No Alcohol. Warm welcome, friendly staff.

Fantastic hotel! Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and offered traditional Moroccan mint tea as we sat in the lobby and were introduced to the superb concierge. Lovely Moroccan decor and a very very peaceful hotel, perfect for a romantic getaway as well as a relaxing family holiday. The view from the hotel is stunning! The superior sea view suites and hotel balconies offer breathtaking views of sunset in the evening and the gardens around the pool area are very pretty. The beach side walk along the promenade outside the hotel is also very peaceful. Rooms were great, very clean and comfortable. Food-wise very nice breakfast but would recommend venturing outside into the town for lunch or dinner to experience authentic Moroccan cuisine. Hats off to staff and management, had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend it!

Room Tip: Superior sea view rooms are lovely with a great view of sunset!

Very poor, old and boring hotel. No alcohol at all. Very inconvenient and slippery bathroom. All the night some birds singing in the lobby. Birds in restaurant at breakfast. Water bottles in hotel about 3 euros. Not allowed to took water outside.
