Me and my boyfriend went away with another couple (age range: 24 - 28) and we all had a great time...
The hotel was lovely, great location to the beach, bars and restaurants. Very clean and the staff were amazing!!!!
We made great friends with the bar staff and entertainment team who were great and so much fun. They always had activities to do for everyone everyday with great shows in the evening.
Food was nice, pizza station by the pool was great and the cocktails were fantastic.
It was my boyfriends birthday while we were away and I asked if champagne could be delivered to the room... And when it came, not only did we get champagne but we got a bouquet of flowers and a cake too... It was very special...
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone... Couples, friends, families, older couples etc...

Our room had a connecting door with the adjoining room. There was a space of about 1/4" at the bottom of this door. Hence, we could hear everything from that room. We were totally at the mercy of the occupants of that room - if they wanted to stay up till 12 watching TV/chatting/whatever, then we could not sleep. We asked at reception to change us and the reply we got was that the hotel was full! I said that surely at some point a room would come free and would they please let us know. At no stage did they revert to us. Furthermore, noise from a disco reverberated through the hotel (or at least to our room on 4th floor) until approx 11.30 pm /midnight - that also prevented resting. I had specifically requested a quiet room - clearly they did not even look at that request. There is nowhere in the hotel where one can sit and enjoy a quiet evening drink in the evening. The animation team were enthusastic but were also a bit intrusive - eg not everybody wants to play darts, do gymnastics, etc. One should be able to relax at the poolside without being harassed. Food was bland and repetitive. There were other issues too. The front desk and lobby area of the hotel has a nice appearance but in the bedroom, there were broken tiles, our sink had a crack in it and, in general, the paintwork was a bit shabby. I would not recommend the Spa in this hotel either. However, I will say that the lady who did the hammam was excellent but during the massage, the therapist left the room at least 4 times - it did not make for an enjoyable experience. During the facial, the therapist left the room at least six times - there was no continuity. There was also much background chatter and noise. There is also a big problem with communication with the Spa staff. On our last evening we had ordered a particular treatment which we did not get. They glossed over it by saying there was a "misunderstanding". Overall, apart from its excellent location, this hotel has little to recommend it.

Room Tip: Away from the impact of the disco and without an adjoining door to the next room.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks during Christmas and new year we had a fantastic time and I would definitely look to book here again. From the moment we arrived we were treated at royalty and nothing was a problem. However our first night was traumatic as we were placed in a room over the night club. The music went on to well passed 1am, we complained a number of times on the night and followed it up the next day. The moved us to a suite and apologised. The room and view were fabulous. The food was hot and had variety, however if you did not tip the waiter you had to get ur own drinks and plates ha ha. The beach was spectacular and the hotel pool was clean and we always got a bed, owing to me running down aT 7am to put a towel on the beds.
special thanks for our lovely hasna.

All in all a fantastic hotel and hotel definitely will go back:D

Room Tip: Ensure your room is not over the night club .

This hotel has a great location and it is about 3minutes to the beach, the hotel is clean and the large pool is a good temperature, good location to catch the sun. Every evening we watched the sunset from the sunset bar and the service here is the best in the hotel.

There is a tipping culture going on with the staff, even though we stayed all inclusive the drinks we were served was dependent on whether we tipped and when ordering a beer I was asked if I would prefer a sprite on one occasion? If you tip - I am sure you will receive great customer service.

The food is very basic and no traditional tagine, this was a shame as I stayed in pick albatros in Marrakech and the food, service and entertainment was miles better.

I felt restricted in terms of booking trips by the reception they would only call the man who dropped us at the hotel ftom the airport (minibus ordered when we booked flights). I had seen a tour online but reception would not call it for me. Entertainment is not great

Overall we got we paid for and we got some sun and didnt spend much as we stayed all inclusive, I would not stay longer than a week.

We spent four nights at the hotel, on a full board basis.

Building and facilities

The hotel is well kept, tidy and all staff are very helpful. It is a slightly older building and this shows in some of the design and decor. The hotel has a large pool and outside area with sun loungers. It also has WiFi but this can only be accessed in the area downstairs near the reception. From what we could see, most rooms had a balcony facing the sea front.

Location

Ideally suited only a few hundred yards from the sea front. You can walk to the beach in less than five minutes. You are a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute cab away from the main souk in the city (but this is also used by local, so it is authentic, but can be a bit of a barrage on the senses). In the opposite direction, you will be a a short taxi ride away from the main port where there is marina and some fancy shops.

You will be a 30-40 minute taxi from the airport.

Food

The cuisine was a mixture of local dishes and western dishes. All very palatable for the foreign visitor. There was also a very elaborately dressed man who sat on what could almost be described as a 'throne' and served you Moroccan tea! The food was good and we never had any complaints. We also got to dine at the attached hotel restaurants on one of our nights as a part of our package. This was fancier food in a nicer surrounding. It made for a pleasant evening and a change.

Staff and service

All the staff were very helpful, we event hand the pleasure of finding rose petals and flowers in our room on our last night which was a pleasant surprise.

Room Tip: You can either have a east or west facing room, so decide if you want to see the sun rise or set fro...
