Le Nil Bleu is a restaurant on the Promenade. There are not many restaurant/bars to choose from on the sea front (about 5) and they are pretty much all next to each other and almost identical to each other (neon lights, loud music)
They all seem to offer the same cuisine and drinks and all have the same view too.
Of the 3 restaurants on the Promenade we visited (Le Cote D'or, Camels, Le Nil Bleu), this one was the best, but it didn't have much competition!!
Initial service was slow once they got us in there and they kept putting us onto random tables until an empty one came free (they were very busy when we went, around 9pm).
After that the service was average pace (which is quite slow in Agadir).
Drinks were fine and similar price to everywhere else. Food was OK. Service was OK.
The waiter wrapped up the rose from the jar on the table and gave it to my girlfriend, but they all seem to do this.
Some acrobats did a bit of a brief show and we gave a tip to them but they seem to be on the Promenade every night so you may end up giving a lot of tips if not careful!
