Located close to the Ketchaoua Mosque in the Kasbah. There is a sign off the street directing one to the Museum whose entry is on one of the narrow street. Anyone can direct you to the Museum. Housed in a restored palace, it is beautifully renovated and well worth a visit. The displays are done well. Occasionally there will be private functions in the museum. I was fortunate to have been invited to one during my visit. It was a pre wedding celebration for the groom and the friendly hosts insisted I join in the festivities - dancing, music, food. A real unique experience. Nearby is the Museum of Illuminations and Calligraphy - well worth a visit.
