i suspect there was about 50 moose members that stayed at that motel on the weekend of oct. 26 and 27 .
this place started out being continental breakfast and we thought it was but no it wasnt it was 10.00 each for breakfast. the people that worked there were really nice. but they didnt have enough people working at night, so if you needed towels. the woman working said she couldnt leave the desk to get them. and if your in the front of the building the lights are brite and it made it a little hard to sleep. the bar was packed on fri and sat night from the people we brought in. im only speaking for my crew but we wont be back . i talked to the president of midwest hospitality group and he said those rooms are normally 148.00 i see about 85.00 to 100.00 per room when i looked at other places and at least you were given a contenintal breakfast.

Room Tip: in the back away from the bright lights. or a different motel.

Thank you for taking the time to write a response on our hotel. I apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay at our property. Please know that the reason we are in this business is to keep our guests satisfied and coming back! We do not offer a continental breakfast. As a full service hotel we have an excellent restaurant on site that serves cooked to order breakfasts from omelets to steak and eggs to Cinnamon French toast. We have an outstanding menu, but yes there is a charge. In terms of the lights, we do have black out curtains in all of our guests rooms. I appreciate your feedback on the front desk staff---someone should have delivered you towels and therefore we fell short. I do hope you'll give us another try the next time you're in the area. Feel free to contact me directly the next time your travels bring you to Aurora. Just ask for Brandon when you call.

Facility provisions and service for our yearly business event were a perfect fit. Carole Sorrentino and her Team helped make our small event a huge success. Our group was well taken care of and we recommend this facility for business meetings. Furthermore the convenience of staying on site helped expedite the tedious process from a planner perspective. The rooms were comfortable, and utilitarian. Internet service was the best of recent hotel stays.

Thank you so much for your many kind words! We certainly enjoyed hosting your event. You said it perfectly when you mentioned that staying on site made your job easier---that's our goal. We're fortunate to have a facility that is truly a "one stop shop" for event coordinators and meeting planners. We look forward to welcoming you and your event back to our property next year!

Just one night at this Holiday Inn. It is very new, very suburban. Near a number of chain restaurants and stores. Nice furnishings, quiet, accessible. Wished for a few more cable channels. Arrived a little early and was accommodated with an early check in,as long as I switched my room type. Thought the desk was understaffed. One person at check in; and a half an hour later when I called the desk because my TV wasn't working right, now one answered (but I figured it out.) I was there only overnight and didn't use any amenities. Great desk chair. This is not a hotel whose location is meaningful or its view breathtaking, but it was comfortable.

Room Tip: Two queens room was tighter than some.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our hotel! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us. I appreciate your feedback on the front desk staffing during your stay. Please be assured I will be addressing this matter with the entire front desk team. In the near future we will be revamping our TV system and hopefully adding even more channels to our 3 HBO's, Comcast Sports Net, 2 ESPN's and many other existing channels. We certainly hope to welcome you back soon!

We have stayed here a few times. This most recent time will be our last. While the room was comfortable and clean, the other hotel amenities have gone way downhill. Started by asking for desk clerk if he had a local map of the area we could have. Nope. We later found one in our room. Next, we have enjoyed the complementary weekend breakfast on all our previous visits. Went down first morning and was told too few people so we would need to order off the menu. However, they would have the buffet over the weekend. One reason we prefer the buffet is that ordering off the menu takes so much time and the buffet is fast and good. However no buffet the entire time we were there. By far the most annoying experience was the restaurant. One night the group was worn out from too many days on the town so went to the on-site restaurant for dinner. We sat down at 6:30PM. We were the only patrons there except for three men who left shortly after we arrived. We finished at 9:30PM. No excuse for anything taking that long. Everyone was served at different times and not all of a single meal arrived at the same time. An absolute mess. There was one person serving in the restaurant and running the bar. At the end we discovered there was ONE person cooking. Who could take three hours to get eight meals completed? They would do well to just close the restaurant in the evening if the service can’t be improved. Makes for annoyed patrons and does not serve the hotel well in any way.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. We stayed here 4 nights and the hallways were quiet and peaceful. The staff was very helpful any time we needed anything or had questions. The business center is free and you are able to print tickets, etc.

This hotel has a restaurant attached but we did not eat there but it did look nice.

We would definitely stay here again.
