The BBQ and service are very good. This was our first time at Pauly's. They were out of the brisket so we had pulled pork sandwiches. The pork was tender and the sauces were tasty. This restaurant doesn't stand out and is easy to miss. it is worth seeking out. The ambiance is rustic and the rhubarb cobbler left a lot to be desired. Go for the meat!
