Love this place. Food is always good. Great music and wonderful for
watching all sporting events, especially soccer.

We ordered the corned beef and cabbage, the boxty, neither of which were good at all. Very bland.

Their food prices are high for what you get and they charge for everything... including $2.00 for a few small slices of avacado on our chicken sandwich.

The ambiance was pretty nice.

Won't be back

This is an excellent full-service Irish pub and it's very traditional. Many items within the pub were brought directly from Ireland. I've been to many pubs in Dublin and Peggy's is completely on par with the best of them, as well as on par with many of the nicer Irish pubs in Chicago. It's definitely not a fast food restaurant so if you're expecting to be in and out in a half hour then you'll want to go someplace else. But in the traditional Irish way, this is a place to come, relax and enjoy yourself and your companions. The atmosphere is beautiful, warm and friendly. Peggy's is a great place to go for a meal or just to hang out with your friends and have a pint at the bar. Slainte!

My husband and I love popping into this Irish pub when we are craving some great bar food. He loves the burgers and fish sandwiches (Apparently the beer battered fish sandwich was amazing), but I absolutely LOVE the shepherd's pie. Great traditional Irish favorites are all over the menu, so you really can't go wrong with the food. I guess the only downside is that it can get pretty loud if you happen to be there on a game night. Probably not the best place if you are looking to have long conversations with those you are with, but then again it's a pub and it's more of a fun bar atmosphere. Definitely a highlight of Arlington Heights!

Dumb time to have dinner here.
Busy busy busy
Then the band started playing.
Loud loud loud.

Food was just ok. But I keep coming back.
