Description: Port Of Blarney is a family-friendly waterfront restaurant and banquet facility featuring "made from scratch" recipes that are sure to please. We are renowned for our fish fry, home made pizzas, hand-packed angus burgers and always fresh ingridients. Seasonally, our waterfront (pet-friendly) patio is a terrific place to dine and enjoy one of the best bloody marys around! Come enjoy a scenic place to get great, authentic food at reasonable prices.

“Blarney island is one of a kind!”
Reviewed August 15, 2014 via mobile

If you are looking for good music, people-watching a lots of fun, then this is the place to be. The boat races are our favorite, but the weekends are just as fun. Day and night are very different - no under 21 after 7pm. Lots of theme parties and dancing. What's not to like? The new addition is great but we kinda miss the old personality (it had to change though). See you at the island! We like "the port" also!

“Nice place”
Reviewed July 30, 2014

The Port of Blarney restaurant is a nice place.
They do have somewhat of a pricey menu though I thought.
I had a burger sandwich that had corned beef and swiss cheese
on top of a burger patty w/ thousand island dressing. It came with fries,
chips, or tots with like a shot of coleslaw. It costed me $11.99, and got my money
worth.
The restaurant is just the first thing that you will see. If you're going to see
a band like I was there for. You can expect to pay $10 -15 for a ride on their boat
shuttle. It picks up right behind the restaurant and drops you off on Blarney Island.
Blarney Island is their concert venue where the bands play at. They sell plenty of beverages,
food, and DJ music before,in between, and after the band plays their time. The island is huge,
and if you're local to the area. You can use your own boat to get there and back as they have plenty of boat docks to park.

“This is where the boat leaves to take passengers to Blarney Island”
Reviewed July 25, 2014

This is where the boat leaves to take passengers to Blarney Island. The boat ride to the Island is fun. To get to the island, if you don't have your own boat, there is a shuttle service that varies in price depending on the day or event that runs every hour. But the ferrys only come every half hour, and the ferry line is long. So if you miss a ferry, you have to wait at least another half hour. Therefore, it could easily take an hour to exit the bar!

“Ahhhhhhhh, Blarney Island. What can you say or not say about it?”
Reviewed June 13, 2014

An island in the middle of a very large lake. The lake is connected to several other lakes called the Chain O'Lakes. It is open in the summer. I believe they still have boat races. I recommend taking the ferry from Port of Blarney. There are a lot of drunks in their boats and it can get crazy out there. Everyone is overserved and the music is great and you are in the hot sun. Not a lot of shade. If you have a boat, you can dock it. It is trashy, I warn you. A lot of people come out of the woodwork. But honestly, if you are with a group of friends, you will have the time of your life. If you are looking to get lucky...I would think twice.

“Have some Fun - Take a boat ride”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

We started with burgers and beers at the Port and then took the barge and had a great time out on the Island. How can't you have a good time when you have the girlies in bikinis and a band blasting you senseless. Thats what the Port of Blarney and the Isle are all about. If you don't have a good time -- its your fault.
