My wife and I were here for a wedding rehearsal dinner. We had four options for dinner, and I chose the Steak Kebab, while my wife chose the chicken parmesan. The kebabs were cooked perfect, and very well seasoned. The chicken parmesan was also cooked very well. Each dish was served with a baked potato and side salad. I had the house salad, and the dressing was tasty, while my wife had the caesar, and she had no complaints.
Service was a bit slow, but they were also serving about 40 people that showed up all at once, so can't fault them too much. The bar was nice, and the location was even better. It seemed like business casual was the typical attire for the restaurant, while casual wear was typical in the bar area.
If we ever go back to the Alton are, we would definitely return. The prices we saw on the menu seemed very affordable, and we both liked the atmosphere of the place.
