Very satisfied customer. I've stayed with them for about 4 months now and they have been exceptional. The rooms have been taken care of and if you need anything, all you have to do is ask. I will make this my go to hotel for Augusta.

The room at the hotel didn't feel clean and broken items hadn't been repaired. Ran out of toilet paper the first day. I had to pray after flushing the toilet. The bed was not comfortable and outside the rooms felt dirty.

Overview. The hotel is older but very quaint. Personnel is professional, respectful, friendly and courteous. The hotel is clean, nice size rooms with microwaves, a large under the counter refrigerator an offer USB ports in the room. There is a grill in the lobby for meals. They offer the best buffet breakfast.

More detailed information. We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. On the day we arrived the shuttle broke. However, the staff was very accommodating by ensuring that we made it to the airport with no additional cost to us. Not only did they accommodate travel arrangements, but they allowed us to stay past late check-out time.

Baymont Inn offers the best breakfast buffet. You have a wide selection of yogurt and fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, cream gravy, cereals, Danish pastries, Bagels, toaster and Waffle station. They also offer coffee and juice. The breakfast alone is well worth the stay.

I cannot say enough for the management team and the staff. Their professionalism, concern was amazing. They wanted to make sure that we were well taken care of for the remainder of our trip.

Very definitely looking forward to a return trip.

Okay, this hotel is NOT horrible but it can come off as a little sketchy and the time I spent here it really wasn't bad at all. So if you are looking for a decent inexpensive stay this is just that and keep in mind you are not paying for luxury. The bar and grill drinks and food was pretty good and the breakfast was nice as well. My friends and I went for a quick nice chill overnight stay-cation and would happily stay again!

Small, clean rooms. The mattress was a little too soft. Great breakfast. Good value, Poor lighting at sides and rear. I would stay again. Room number are too small and make it difficult to locate rooms at night.
