Our room was not as bad as some reviews, but still not good. However, since we were staying during Masters week, choices were limited. Overpriced, as all hotels in Augusta are that week. The manager treated us well, switching our room to one with 2 beds to accommodate the 3 adults staying in the room. Even though we had specified 3 adults on our on-line booking, a room with 1 bed was reserved. The room was clean although obviously in need of updating. People were polite. We didn't have a problem with people yelling or misbehaving. It's an old hotel and does really need updating but the beds were comfortable and the location is convenient to places to eat. Would not be my first choice, but it served the purpose.

The only way to stay here and not care is to hop the fence next door to Wild Wings Cafe and drink until you don't care anymore. Oh, I only saw one cockroach, one BIG cockroach. At least the shower worked and they had hot water.

Room Tip: Run! Go somewhere else.

Beyond disgusting. Dilapidated, very dirty, smelly, unidentified stuff splattered on the walls, free "art" drawn on the walls...should be condemned & razed. People hanging out in doorways smoking (all non-smoking rooms) and yelling. Don't be scammed by the cheap price advertised on their sign. For $5 more, go across the street to Sunset Inn and have a clean, normal & pleasant hotel room. I wouldn't even let a farm animal stay here.

Room Tip: Don't stay here. Go across the street.

We stayed here during The Masters. It was all we could get, and it seemed preferable to staying 90 minutes away. Our room, normally $44 a night, was $170.

It was describably bad. Holes in the walls. The clothes rack (there are no closets) was falling off the wall. The front wall had no wallboard - just open studs. Very noisy. Mediocre breakfast.

After spending over three-hundred days a year found this property to be the worst ever encountered. Though the use "Masters" in their name, it is nothing like what one would expect
Lots of trafficking going on in theroom above me and to the right. Mold spores on the shower curtain as well as by the window air-conditioning unit. As I was unpacking my car a homeless approached my room al.PST coming in and asked for money...security is non existent...in summation: YOU ARE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN A HOLE!

The first 2 rooms we got smelled very bad and had roaches. The refrigerator in one was frozen over and the bathtub and trash cans had black stuff all in them. When we asked for our money back they made us wait until the next day to speak to the manager which resulted in them putting us in 2 other rooms for one night and they both had black mold in them. No other rooms available. My 2 year old had an Asthma Attack. After informing the manager of that the next day he doubled the price of the rooms for the one night and charged us 100 dollars for staying there because we had to wait until he came in to get our money back. He told us for the price we paid. $100.00 for one night that I shouldn't expect anything better. Then instead of giving us cash back as we had paid he wrote us a check and wouldn't even tell us where the bank was that it was written on. Which didn't even matter because when we found it on our own it was closed on Saturday so we were unable to cash it anyway to get another motel therefore cutting our stay short. If you are going to Augusta GA please BEWARE AND STAY AWAY from this motel...... AWFUL.....
