The food is good and reasonably priced. The small bbq plate easily feeds two people. The wait staff is friendly. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that they only open Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.

We were in town for The Masters. Got the T-Loin sandwich. It was very tender and tasted good. Been coming here for years and it has always been good.

There's a photo on the TripAdvisor page with this restaurant that says it all. Tons of food. Unfortunately, most of it not particularly good.
We had lunch here, but you can tell by the size of the parking lot and the number of places for people to wait outside that it gets pretty crowded at certain times. It's a place for people who like quantity.
There was a sampler platter on the menu, and then a small sampler platter "for lighter menus." I ordered the smaller one, and a plate came out piled so high with food (see the picture, if it's still there) that I could not see any part of the plate. I ate until I was full, and I STILL COULD NOT SEE ANY PARTOF THE PLATE!
The brisket was pretty good, but the turkey was very dry, and the ribs and pork just barely OK. There was a "hash" on the plate that apparently is the house speciality that comes with everything. It was a little scary.
Overall, this is not the place to go for fine dining. But if you have a big appetite and don't much care about quality, you will be very happy here.

Sconyers has the most pleasing setting in South Augusta and everyone seems to enjoy their time there. The wait staff is dressed in period costumes and the food is served quickly and hot. Dinners are abundant and more than filling. Chicken and ribs are especially enjoyable,
