It's a small but charming little place, a bit difficult to find but worth the effort. The service was outstanding, the wine selection was very good, the food outstanding. Braised beef short ribs were the best I have ever had. Inspired perhaps by French cuisine, this is gourmet heaven.

Went there for dinner this past Saturday night. It wasn't overly busy but there were a lot of kids there for Prom night. Usually this place is a good to great place from service to the food. Not so this time.

On the plus side we did enjoy our food. The pork chop had a lot of flavor and was complimented with macaroni and cheese. Nice combination. The short rib was devine. Cooked perfectly and melted in our mouths. The gratin potatoes were very nice.

On the down side was the service. Our water was nice enough and we don't really blame him for the lack of attention. It appeared they were down at least one waiter. Our guy seemed to be in the weeds for the entire 90 minutes. We watched as at times new diners would come in and were given water and rolls right away and then other times where diners (including us) had to ask for bread. We had also ordered a glass of wine and were it not for the owner asking our waiter if we had ordered drinks we might still be waiting for the wine.

The food and comfortable atmosphere make up for a lot of mistakes. If we were more rushed for time I would probably have given this visit a 2 or 3 rating.

We go to Bistro every year during the Masters and they never fail to excite us with new selections and excellent food, beer, wine and service. We'll be back again.

Loved our dinner and the service was superb! Best experience in Augusta while there for three nights while attending the Master's Golf Tournament. Fabulous food and would highly recommend!

The food and service were very good. The menu has a good selection. It is a bit pricey, but the food is worth it.
