This is a delightful little place to get delicious, fresh and well prepared meals. Service is excellent, food is top-notch and it is a charming and bustling environment. The outdoor seating is surrounded by planters full of fresh herbs, lettuces and flowers. The indoor seating is nice, too, with a long bar or individual tables. You have a view out to the pretty patio through the big door which looks like it is a garage door. Almost everything they use to make the food is locally grown or produced. I have eaten their very delicious beef burger which is outstanding, and that locals consider it to be the best burger in Athens. I had it with a tasty fresh slaw that they make. My husband and I went there for brunch this last weekend and I tried "Love on a biscuit" which was terrific and he had one of their innovative omelets. It is a nice change from "Mamma's Boy" for a weekend brunch and the food is better and no 30 minute wait to get seated. I am so glad to have found this place and will be back often. It is the kind of cafe that is restful and revitalizing as well as nourishing. They will be seeing a lot more of me!

College crowd with unlimited resources will love it. Food is ok but way overpriced. Staff is friendly but don't get in a hurry for your food. We waited 35 minutes for an $11 hamburger that was worth $3 and a slice of quiche was $7. The restaurant was maybe 2/3 full (20 people)and it is small inside, no one was seated outside.

It's everything you want out of an all local, all organic restaurant but it can tend to be a bit pricey. You can expect to pay 15 dollars for lunch and 30 for supper if you are as hungry as I usually am. Love the food! Enjoy!

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of its dinner prices, which are pretty high in comparison to other places of the same caliber. However, the food is incredible AND it has the best brunch in town. Service is always good -- even if they're busy, they never hesitate to make you feel welcomed.

My wife and I went for lunch today at Heirloom on Boulevard and Chase. Very nice place, Very pleasant people. Interesting, different menu with some non-meat choice. We thought the food was delicious and enjoyed dining on the patio on a perfect warm fall afternoon.
