The cubano is so good -- so good that I fail to be adventurous and try anything else. The locale is strange, funky and wonderful.
The restaurant is located in a building that has seen places come and go, but Cali N Tito's has come and stayed. And for good reason.
They have a good system. Be forewarned: it's cash only. The place often has a line, but only because it is SO good. It is truly a dive and one with an excellent reputation. The food is creative, fresh and the seating is . . . non conventional. Varying picnic tables dispersed among aging playground equipment (the metal kind), fountains in old boats, etc. Funky bric-a-brac that works.
Highly recommended and another one of my reliable Athens food haunts.
