Peppino's used to be right downtown, but when there building got sold out from under them, they decided to buy their own property. How they decided on their current location I don't know, as it's out in the middle of nowhere. But it's definitely worth a stop if you are going by, and even good enough to drive that bit extra. I'm sure they must have some other items on the menu, but I've never had anything but a good old slice of pizza. It's a huge slice, with thin crust and the cheese that starts to separate when heated enough. A slice and a drink is under $5. It's a spartan, yet cheery atmosphere and an excellent value.
